They friendly and they fast. They were nice and offered me a drink for having to wait behind a mad customer who was just having a bad day and took it out on the crew member. I like this place.

What is wrong with this place? It took about 50 minutes for mobile order, but they screwed my order again (ordered ALL dark meat but they mixed with white meat.. chicken breast was tough and old), and 1/2 gallon ICED tea was hot. they said they just brewed it. This place is a joke. The staff looked miserable, and the whole experience was a letdown.

My experience at this Bojangles was the opposite of the one in Nashville. I was hungry during a tour of Atlanta and decided to go here as the one in Nashville was great. This means the bar was already set high and this location in Atlanta didn't come close to that.
The Good: The Bojangles looked well kept and the cashier was friendly enough.
The Bad:
The food I received was extremely poor. The crispy fresh tenders Nashville introduced me to (pictures in my previous review) were not what I got here. They were like plain tenders that had been relaxing for most of the day. Really off-putting. (Points dropped)
One of my biscuits was somewhat soft, the other one was too hard to eat. I was so irritated that I couldn't eat the second biscuit. However, I probably could break glass with it. (Points dropped)
I received no utensils to even eat the dirty rice with. (Points dropped)
The alarming part: They were not busy so they had plenty of time to make sure my food was prepared in a respectable manner. (Points dropped)
This particular location left a bad impression. Poor customer service while in Atlanta. I'd avoid this one if you come here.
I placed a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived to pick it up, I still had to wait 25 minutes until my order was ready. And what sucks is they were doing the drive through orders super fast. There were 4 other people waiting with me for pick up orders…. They weren’t even busy… for the price I paid this is ridiculous

I paid cash for a meal at Bojangles store on buford highway in Atlanta , Georgia on September 23,2024 at 8:30 pm . I have tried to call the store several times to resolve this problem and even stopped by the store. I ordered a 3 piece combo and a chicken supreme combo. A young hispamic boy and girl were working this night. The chicken was burnt and old, the biscuits were bo berry biscuits instead of regular biscuits, the fries were cold and soggy with Grease. This is not the type of service or quality of food we usually receive from the bojangles we love. I have tried patiently to resolve this matter in house but failed due to the fact that I don't expect to have to save a receipt from a fast food run. Please handle this matter immediately. We work hard for our money these days. This is upsetting. I didn't want my money back just a replacement
