My grandparents love Bojangles. I have stopped at many different locations but this store is the best by far. The woman (I assume manager) at this location is really going above and beyond. The store is clean, well stocked, employees are polite. When the front orders had been taken, she jumped on the line to help make and pack orders for drive thru. 5 ⭐

I am a frequent customer, and every time I come there the food is always fresh and hot. I just want to give a specific shout-out to the employee from New Orleans that works in the morning time. She is always pleasant and welcoming. Her customer service is Class A. To the management at this establishment on Buford highway across from the Firestone. I hope and you better be treating your employees well. They do a really good job. You have some really good employees and I hope you appreciate them. I just want to give some recognition, because I've never had a bad experience there.

They friendly and they fast. They were nice and offered me a drink for having to wait behind a mad customer who was just having a bad day and took it out on the crew member. I like this place.

What is wrong with this place? It took about 50 minutes for mobile order, but they screwed my order again (ordered ALL dark meat but they mixed with white meat.. chicken breast was tough and old), and 1/2 gallon ICED tea was hot. they said they just brewed it. This place is a joke. The staff looked miserable, and the whole experience was a letdown.
