Waited 25 mins for a chicken biscuit. Then had to wait another 10 mins for fries. No communication. Had to get out of the car and go inside just to get them to start the order.Update: left without the fries. After ten mins they still hadn’t cooked any.

It's clean, they're quick. Not much too say. After a long day on my e-bike I figured I'd give em a try. Their Mac and cheese formula needs help but I wasn't expecting much and that's not the employees fault, lol. Anyway, thanks!

Fried chickens are nice for me and the fries are less salty and the biscuits are goodParking: There is too much space for your car or trucksKid-friendliness: They really like breasts and everything that has fried chicken.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space with no parking problem

At this point, corporate shouldconsider closing this location based on the fact the real estate is worth more than the BATH they have to be taken on their P/L. The service couldn't be any worse. It is consistently bad, and as a person that grew up on the "Bo" in the Carolinas...this is a not a good store for the franchise.

The ladies there were great. The light skin cashier woman, bless her heart. She fine af & get ya food hot & fresh. Ion even know if she work there anymore but where ever she is.. I bet her service is A1 & that young lady deserves a tip for her
Despite ordering online in advance, had to wait another 15! minutes until the order was ready.Chicken in the sandwich was dry. In the cajun biscuit it was super dry and the flavor was no good. Seems odd in fact how much worse the chicken biscuit was compared to the sandwich. The 3pc leg and thighs was good.

This late afternoon, Wednesday, February 21st, at approx 5:45 pm.(This is for corporate, so they'll know) see next.Yes ! I keep calling to find out the name of the young man (and who identifies himself) as the manager.First class ! Greeting is enthusiastic, articulate, and energetic. Unfortunately I (74 y/o) can't remember his name. Oh well. But, what a fresh, public-facing, representation of Bojangles. He is "selling" BoJangles corporate, and he's selling chicken. When I pulled up to the drive-in window, not only was he as I experienced him at the outside menu, but his interactions again with me, and with the staff inside, were affirming an motivational.Tragically, like in "Undercover Boss," the "suits" need to get out to "discover" the talents within their staff.BoJangles "corporate" should take a serious look at this young man.The example teaches. He would make an excellent corporate trainer on how important the role of "order taker" and "cashier" is in representing the public-facing images of BoJangles.Bojangles, please don't wait 5 years for you to do "Undercover Boss" and discover his talents that are immediately in front of your face right now.Regional Manager, I am assumin g some part of your responsibilities is being a "talent scout" for corporate.Where are you ?
