Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Didn’t even get to order. Online ordering wasn’t working and when we called to see if we could order over the phone, they said no and hung up. Then when we called again, they ignored my calls. Pathetic. 4/2 @ 5 pm est

Wings were nasty. spent too much money for the wings to not taste good. then he was mopping with his bare hands and handed us the bag with those same hands. nasty work. never coming here again. we should have known when we came and the open signed was turned off @9pm. when they close @11pm. lazy workers.

2 issues with to-go orders... 1. The same girl is always answering the phone and helping with to-go orders but she is not friendly. She always acts bothered to assist customers.. Retrain her or get someone else. 2. The wings are barley sauced, You can see more wing that is not covered in sauce than covered in sauce... Kitchen needs to quit being so stingy, it's supposed to be sauced wings, not dry chicken nuggets. -- both of these things have happened more than once. I will update this post if my experience changes. ---- UPDATE ---- The rude girl has been terminated. Much more pleasant experience now but please use more sauce on your wings!

We have ordered wings from this location several times and they are on point every time. The Manager was very professional and curious, thanks again from Gravity Autos Atlanta.

I asked for a blue cheese togo in exchange for the sauce they gave me she said she couldn’t do that and had to charge me as she took the sauce That I gave her and put it in there fridge for the next customer I wasn’t asking for anything free when i asked to talk to a manager she said one was not available such bad service over an exchange

Waited 18 min because the cashier forgot about me. Served 5 other people

Shout out to Val and the crew for amazing service to me and fiancee' for getting everything exactly like we asked for, despite them only having one fryer to work with.
Btw... wifey's wings and fries, were perfect also... when she's happy, I'm happy.

This place was horrible. I would never go back ever. It should not take so long to give people their takeout orders is people that was coming in for DoorDash and literally had to tell them that their food is taking too long or they order wasn’t in the system they never made them DoorDash orders to began with..
Some of the coworkers were very snotty n bitchy Had horrible attitudes…a lot of the coworkers that was post to be making food instead they’re back there playing in the kitchen, laughing, not making anybody’s food coming out making these lame ass excuses talking about “it’s national burger day “ all this lollygag and not handing people their stuff I will never go back again and I do not recommend this place don’t even order take out you’re going to be sitting there for more than an hour I hope y’all get shut down yall are freaking horrible n my food was disgusting

I had a great experience here today, the atmosphere was GREAT, I was immediately greeted & felt warmly welcomed in by Noel and the gentleman she was working with today regardless of the fact that they were busy and the only two working. The food was GREAT and even more so with the buy one get one 50% off deal they do on Tuesdays & Thursdays. There's PLENTY of free parking space and the inside is spacious enough for you to eat with family & friends, also the bathrooms were sparkling clean!! It's not often that I walk in a restaurant where the bathroom feels sanitized & safe lol. The staff is bilingual so I definitely recommend for those who speak Español.

This place has definitely improved from the last time I've visited last year.

If I could give it a zero, I would give it a zero just for the person that was working there tonight. My husband came in and ordered a sweet tea. They claimed they didn't have any sweet tea. So he decided he would going to go use the restroom while he was waiting on me in the truck. The employee cussed him out up one side down the other for no reason at all because he was headed to the bathroom. We will never, ever eat there again. We come up from Florida to buy from a neighboring store and always stop in. This employee had ruined it. I hope no one ever goes there again?
