Extremely slow and frustrating service. The staff seemed completely unmotivated and poorly trained, with little understanding of what they were doing. They repeatedly stared at the order screen looking confused, as if they didn’t know how to handle incoming orders. Waiting over 45 minutes for just two burgers is unacceptable by any standard. To make the experience even worse, the order was wrong and I did not receive what I ordered. This place shows a clear lack of organization and management.

Horrible service ordered a simple whopper they made it plain. Returned it for another they made it ketchup only returned for my money back. They were not busy no one in store or drove thru NOT SURE WHAT THEY WERE DOING to not be able to make their signature burger. The street sign was out as well. It was just weird

Everything was done just right. The burger was cooked tender and juicy, the fries were not overcooked with great crispy skin, onion rings are crispy outside and juicy inside. The staffs took fast food to a different level!

I’m not sure what team was working when I came but today around 5:25 PM, I placed 2 orders. Was greeted quickly and respectfully. Was suggested meals, received the meals and was very satisfyingly great! Best BK I’ve had in years. Great job !

Wonderfully fast service through the drive thru @ location in Doraville near the Chick fila on Buford Highway.
It would be nice to tell people that you're out of something instead of just OMITTING it from their food! I ordered the wrap andy husband a whopper. No lettuce on either one!! Did they mention it? Nope! Also, the drive thru is EXTREMELY narrow, but we made it through barely!! Maybe find another spot to park delivery vehicles🤷🏽♀️

Never go to this place! Food took too long to come out dry and charcoaled burger. Fries cold drink machine has mold in it that was floating in my drink. Workers laughing at the situation and reluctant to refund
