Very rude short spanish girl with nails super long wearing NO GLOVES very unprofessional & unsanitary for the fast food industry not in uniform either. I walked in She was just BLANKLY staring at me didn’t ask me if I needed help or anything,I had to speak up and told her I had a pickup for uber eats and still looked at me like I wasn’t making sense, she looked like she was under the influence this is a serious matter that needs to be taken up with corporate. There’s no reason I shouldn’t hate doing my uber eats job because of people like her that have no type of customer care & have no respect for the delivery drivers.
HORRIBLE customer service and I personally recommend more and stricter drug testing. The cashiers (2 female) were lost.

Ordered in the app late at night. The burger patties tasted like they were cooked at 10 am instead of fresh to order. I remember when you could watch that the patties ride through the broiler, and then you got your burger made your way. But now BK and others all have gone to cooking everything at 10 am, then keeping it a warm that makes them dry out taste horrible. This is way five guys and similar places are surpassing BK and taking more of the market share.

i was lost and needed to get something to eat and stopped at this establishment, i placed my order thru drive thru and first let me say they were very polite and my food was correct, now i have been few places and my order gets screwed up, i told the gentlemen exactly how i wanted my burger and yes i am picky but he said i can have it my way and it was exactly like i ordered. Once at window the young man served me with a smile and politeness and even a joke, you know on that day i was not my best and was ready to battle but this young man made my day. Now i am the type that ask the other customers is he always like this and all regulars said the same thing that he is. Well i don't live in that area at all and to test the theory I came back with my friends and he was the same way. My friends were really impressed with his customer service and politeness. We compared the other Burger Kings and nothing like this, one friend had use restroom and she stated it was clean and stocked and dining area was clean also. The only thing we could see for his name was a J. In this day and age politeness and great customer service is hard to find, so the few times I went I was impressed and its hard to impress me and my friends. So Burger King keep it up

Great staff and managers are always friendly. They put on a smile and make really great food! I choose to go to this BK over others because the culture. Sometimes they don’t get enough credit of the hard work they do.I’m a regular here and they know me by name.

My husband and I went there for lunch . Normally I don’t eat at Burger King . We got a frosty and I got the impossible burger meal - it was pink and not cooked and greasy and the fries was salty . They didn’t have spoons , men’s bathroom wasn’t inservice , the condiments were old - black pepper packets were stained . Even though they redid my burger I won’t return to eat there !
