The worst experience I've ever had. This is ridiculous. How did I wait 4 mins on a cold impossible whopper, none of the tables were clean in the dining area and the young lady at the front was NOT customer service friendly at all. Why I got to wait on a cold burger???

It would be zero if applicable. They're never open when they should be. Second time I couldn't get my food and now I can't get a refund on food I never got because at 2 pm on Saturday their doors were locked and no one answered anything. They are the worst store in norcross

I placed an in-app order, went through the drive through, had about a 10-12 minute wait for my food, and drove away with what appeared to be the correct order.The drive through area had a decent bit of litter in it, which isn't the biggest deal but it doesn't exactly make the place look nice.When I opened my burger I found that it didn't include the cheese I had paid extra for. When I got home I contacted support who gave me a few $$ for the problem, but since I didn't have any cheese around (lol) the burger was far less enjoyable.

Big props and kudos to the only 2 people that was working the location on Buford highway!! The only 2 working and they displayed great customer service, managed the drive thru while managing the front counter, putting out accurate orders that was fresh and hot, and just taking a hectic situation and handling it well. Ariana and Ms. Roberta you guys ROCK!!!!!!??
