The ONLY reason I’m giving this 5 stars is for the customer service I received from Samuel!!! Omg he went above and beyond from the time we pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru! Then when we got to the window he greeted us with the biggest smile. Small things like this can turn anyone’s bad day to a brighter day!
I lived less than 5 minutes away from this BK for four years and stopped going bc of the quality of food and service I receive, however Samuel makes me wanna return again!
If I could give zero stars I would. Everything is terrible.
