Don’t come to this location if you’re in a rush. They’re so slow. Ordered ahead & still waited 5 minutes for my food after ordering ten minutes before my arrival. & my coffee was burnt tasting. Just…. Go to a different location.

This location deserves a positive review because they have been consistent with all the food and coffee orders I've done in the last month. Because I'm in the area more, I decided to look at the Duncan app where I found a $5 deal. A medium iced or hot coffee and two bacon egg and cheese wraps is what I chose to customize my deal. The food is always hot and freshly made. My iced coffee was delicious. I sometimes do the caramel iced coffee, and today I ordered the mint chocolate chip swirl iced coffee. Both amazing..and I always use to customize my coffee by asking that they do 1 less part cream than usual. The service is a tiny bit less upbeat than I would expect, but the employees are very efficient, kind, and personable. I think I may even have made a friend or two in them as now they seem to remember me as a regular customer. Just 2 years ago, I had said I would not go back to this location after having a bad experience, but I'm glad I came back because this location has really gotten back its zest. I do wish the patio area was a bit cleaner, but I believe this location really functions more as a drive thru than one where you may see people parked at a table on their computer. Anyway, a special shout out goes to the kind Indian guy, and the sweet blonde young lady who always takes my orders in the drive thru.

I have repeatedly reported it to the window staff (who are powerless to effect the change) say they have escalated to management. It’s been there for months!! C’mon!!

I was having a bad day and wanted a latte to make me feel better. I ordered a latte with MOCHA SWIRL. I even ordered it in the App so there’s no way they should’ve messed it up. But they did. Gave me iced latte with MATCHA IN IT. I drive away and tasted it and my supposed to be MOCHA latte tasted like grass. And because it was supposed to be my one good thing for the day I was literally crying. I know I should’ve driven the extra few miles to go to the chamblee location because they always get it right. I should mention this is the 2nd time they’ve done this. Put matcha instead of mocha. When the MOBILE ORDER clearly states what flavor it should be. Never again!

Every single time I go to this Dunkin it’s like they’re out of cold brew. I get BURNT coffee 4/5 times I go. Iced coffee is $3 and I’m paying $5. Give me what I paid for. Literally anyone can tell the difference of burnt coffee and cold brew. If it happens again I’m going to ask for a refund. Also if I’m paying extra for cold foam, give me THAT. Not whipped cream.

I ordered an iced coffee with sweet cold foam and got whipped cream instead looks like it split. Unappetizing. Also gave me a sausage snack wrap instead of a bacon one that I ordered.

I ordered a dozen donuts through the drive thru. As I order I repeatedly twice which donuts I wanted. I order 5 old fashioned donuts, 2 chocolate glazed, 1 Boston, 1 strawberry donut, 1 jelly, 2 glazed donut and I repeated twice which donuts I wanted and you can see I didn’t get the donuts I wanted. Bad service.

I had a carmel crazy macchiato; I had them blend it! It was delicious, just wish they would have added more carmel because the coffee overpowered it where you could barely taste the carmel!
