Me and my family come here very often. They are my favorite tacos in Georgia! I love to get the Asada con Queso. The tortillas are home made and the meat is very flavorful. The host is very sweet! I do not remember his name but the young tan waiter with glasses is THE BEST. He is not only quick and helpful he is just BEYOND nice. We ask for him anytime he is in.
It is a small restaraunt so it can get quite cramped but it is worth it for the food! One of my favorite restaurants of all time!

Still one of the best authentic taco spots in ATL. A Buford Highway gem!

I ordered the steak tacos with queso — they were okay, but I wish the steak had a bit more flavor. The chips and salsa, though, were really good!
This place serves some of the best tacos I’ve ever had, and you don’t need to doctor up the tacos to make them taste as good as they inherently do. The Asada Taco is phenomenal, as are the Pescado and Pollo Taco options.
(Note - If you’re a vegetarian, the Mushroom Tacos were a good choice, though it may be best to order some sides to add to these tacos. The flan is amazing, too.)
The ambiance is very down-to-earth, and you get your food very quickly. Refills on chips and salsa now cost extra.

The staff is extremely nice. Even when there was a slight mix- up about what I ordered and what I received. I ordered three chicken tacos, with queso cheese (they did put cheese on my tacos, but it was not queso) and fries. My bill came out to $20. I passed by this place on a Saturday night and there were lots of people coming and going. So I looked it up and saw that it was a Mexican food spot.
The reviews for this place were mixed, but. I wanted to give them a try anyway. The food wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good or great either. The chicken was extremely bland. Although there was a generous portion of chicken on my tacos, there was no flavor to the chicken outside of it being salty, and covered in onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
The fries were so greasy, I ended up tossing them in the trash. In addition to the fries being extremely greasy, they were the breaded kind, and taste like they were fried in fish grease. Again, not the worst I’ve had, but there is definitely better in the area. The stars I gave are for the customer service. They were very nice people(which others have noted in their reviews as well). They just need the food to catch up to the customer service. Not sure if I will try them again.
So many different flavors and types of tacos. This place is a real treasure.

Excellent handmade tacos, very good amount of protein, good service but they put in AC at full capacity and the place is too cold.

Food was flavorful and delicious. Not sure why they didn’t sell Enchiladas, but ok. My regular margarita was good. But my frozen Mango Margarita was better. Very popular place. You might have to fight for parking. The parking lot is big, but I think a lot of people come to this restaurant and so it can be a challenge to find a spot where you don’t have to walk cuz it was raining when we left. I was surprised to see they had plastic margarita glasses but I guess they got tired of replacing them. But still a bit cheesy. The decor was interesting. El Dia de los Muertos. It was fun. One soap container out of soap. A stranger recommended us and it was worth the drive to Doraville. It’s just a block away from Sweet Hut Bakery on the same side of the street.
