I normally do not have a problem with this location but today you really pissed me off. I ate here last night 3/13/17 spending 17.00 and was coming back to do the same today. So being in management myself and having done fast Food and retail, I understand the importance of the customer surveys. I did the survey and gave good reviews and proceeded to to BK to get lunch. I was purchasing a number 6 and 2, Which is a crispy chicken sandwich meal and a double whopper meal. I then ask for my free whopper and assumed that I would not have to purchase ANOTHER FRY AND DRINK since I was purchasing TWO COMBOS which WAS ALMOST 20 BUCKS. I asked if that would be okay and I was told NO I had to purchase more. I said okay take my chicken combo off ring it up separate and then give me the free whopper, YET AGAIN I WAS TOLD NO. I was told the chicken sandwich did not qualify for the purchase of the correct sandwich. Well i certainty was not going to break down the double whopper meal. So you kean to tell me that Burger King could not make this work, I was purchasing more than enough food and spending more than enough to get a free 3.00 whopper. So I told the woman on the intercom to forget it, drove off and through the receipt out the window. I live 2 minutes down the street and eat hear quite a lot, BUT I will be driving to Burford Hwy or another location from now on to eat BK. I will no longer go back to this location. This was very very poor customer service.
