You can really feel the pride in how this restaurant is run. The food is incredible especially the grilled meats and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. They even helped us with the grill and explained the best sauces to use. I left feeling full, happy, and appreciated. Can’t recommend this place enough!

They treat you like family” This was honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The food was unbelievably good every bite was full of flavor, and the gopchang was grilled to perfection. The staff here are so kind and welcoming, it really felt like home. I used to be a regular customer and really enjoyed the grilled intestines here. They were always cooked just right, tasty, and the dining experience felt relaxed. However, on my recent visits, the quality has noticeably gone down. The staff now grill with very high heat and rush through the process, which makes the food lose its flavor and gives the impression that customers are being pushed to eat quickly and leave.
I truly hope the restaurant will reconsider this approach, especially with the grilling service, to bring back the great experience it once had. If improved, I would be happy to return as a frequent customer again.

Why the whole restaurant only has 2 servers? Super long wait for seats. We ordered combo A. It was too chewy like plastic. You guys could bring the soybean powder without us asking for! It is a must have powder when it comes to gopchang.

This is the weekend spot for our get together things. Normally we ordered combo B and kimchi fried rice which is quite enough for 4 people. The best part of intestines is daechang, the fatty one I think 😆 they also have the new intestines hotpot thing which is so good and savory. It has white cabbages, bean sprouts, tofu and Daechang . Not to mention the owner David is super nice and friendly always welcome us. Love the atmosphere!

From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and courteous service that set the tone for a fantastic experience. The owner and staffs were incredibly attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal as they grilled all of our gop chang to ensure they were cooked to perfection without overcooking any of them. Now, the food. Grilled intestines can sometimes carry an unpleasant odor at other places, but not here. There wasn’t any hint of smell I usually experience in some other gop chang places. It’s clear they take great care in their preparation and maintenance, and it truly showed in the flavor and quality. It was a meal I won’t forget.
