I bought nine bubble milk tea and the bubbles were rock hard and this wasn’t our first time ordering from them. This happened last time and we didn’t complain about. This time we complained and the manager was rude. And we will complain it on red note, and the Chinese TikTok.

Dirty. Made my drink without sanitary gloves. When I asked the employee does he normally make the tea without gloves and he said no. So when I asked for the drink to be made again with gloves, the employees did not want to do it. I had to receive refund when all I wanted a drink made with gloves. I will not be returning.

I loved the milk tea with black tapioca pearls; the lychee punch black tea was great. I highly recommend this place for a refreshing drink—it's perfect for enjoying during the spring and summer months.

Tea flavor not as good as it used to be. I ordered OOLONG tea but can barely taste any tea flavor.
There were three employees working the night shift on Sunday and none of them seemed to be doing anything! We waited super long for our order to be taken because the person on the register was making a drink and the other two employees weren’t doing anything. They’re super slow and the drinks were very.. tart

Moved here from out of State and was so excited Kung Fu was close so I had to visit. Walked in and requested a drink I've gotten at all other locations and this locations wouldn't do it. All I wanted was a peach green tea but sub out the green tea for black as I've always done and they wouldn't do it. Not only would they not do it they said, corporate offices won't allow it. Funny as this is the ONLY location that doesn't. I can't have green tea and that is why I ask for black but now they have lost a customer and referrals as this place use to be a favorite. I'll have to find a place that can be more accommodating.

It was really good! I got a taro milk green tea with wow brown sugar bubbles and a milk cap! To celebrate coming out with split toppings, they had free select split toppings for a week if you ordered on the app. Also, I recommend getting no ice, because then you get more tea.
