The pizza was extremely thin, stale and it wasn’t even cut all the way through. We always get pizza from this place since it’s closer and cheaper and we’ve never received something like this. It was horrible.

This Little Caesars is not the traditional brick and mortar layout that all the other Little Caesars are . This particular location is located in the middle of the strip mall parking lot. Still drive thru efficient, but not designed for walk-in counter service. I was impressed by this unique Little Caesars in two delicious ways, I called in my order and was a little late picking it up and had also forgot to specify adding their garlic parmesan option to my order. No problem here , I left without my wallet and without a second hesitation the associate said no problem, no charge with a charming smile. Secondly, as is usually the case when late picking up your order is luke warm, not this time, it was as if I was being served directly out of the oven. The franchise could use this location as a training center based on my experience. One negative, Google maps messed up on where exactly the store was. Understandable, as I said it was in the middle of the parking lot. Sorry, didn't think of taking a picture, it would have helped others to navigate the beginning of the drive through path and captured the good looks of the associate.

I love Little Caesars and I have been to different locations that all have been good. Not this location. Pizza dough was flat, not cooked all the way and the pizza was cold. It was not hot and ready. Really regret coming and will never return

Placed an order tonight at 7:00, and the website said something went wrong with my order and to try to place it again, which I did. The website continued to take the money for both orders out of my account, but not finalize the order. I tried to call to rectify this 3 times while on my way, but no one answered. Came at 7:30pm(sunday) to the door locked, and the woman shooing people away at the window. She began to shoo me away from inside mouthing that they were closed (website and google both say 10:00pm. I tried to tell her what had happened when she opened the door, and she would not let me get a word in and kept telling me to leave because they were closed and to contact customer service. What happened to employees being personable and not disrespectful and apathetic? I know it's lip caesers, but I was so frustrated! Really love the pizza tho, just not Jennifer(her name)

I ordered just 2 items: Crazy Bread with sauce, and a classic pepperoni pizza. The Crazy Bread was so dry and they gave me a stone cold pizza. 😑 Never again.
