Placed an order tonight at 7:00, and the website said something went wrong with my order and to try to place it again, which I did. The website continued to take the money for both orders out of my account, but not finalize the order. I tried to call to rectify this 3 times while on my way, but no one answered. Came at 7:30pm(sunday) to the door locked, and the woman shooing people away at the window. She began to shoo me away from inside mouthing that they were closed (website and google both say 10:00pm. I tried to tell her what had happened when she opened the door, and she would not let me get a word in and kept telling me to leave because they were closed and to contact customer service. What happened to employees being personable and not disrespectful and apathetic? I know it's lip caesers, but I was so frustrated! Really love the pizza tho, just not Jennifer(her name)

I ordered just 2 items: Crazy Bread with sauce, and a classic pepperoni pizza. The Crazy Bread was so dry and they gave me a stone cold pizza. 😑 Never again.

Ordered ahead and waited 30 minutes for order. Girl was terribly rude when I asked why. She said they didn't make it. No apology, nothing. Said I didn't need to come back and she just started so not her issue. Will take her advice and not return.

I order a original pizza in the drive thru and the young lady handed me a pizza that look like she dropped It. The cheese was burnt and slide to one side. I asked could I get a new pizza because the first wasn’t edible. She hands me a second that was in the same condition It was burnt. I then ask are they’re any fresh pizza I could get she told me no I could just get a refund. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service and food. Please do something to correct this I enjoy the hot ready at little caesars.

Service was immediate!! Drive thru was very convenienta but pizza taste was a lil disappointing? i was expecting delicious, but i got my hunger appeased so that was good. I just thought crust was not the best. Sorry but i will try another store b4 i give up completely
