Ordered ahead and waited 30 minutes for order. Girl was terribly rude when I asked why. She said they didn't make it. No apology, nothing. Said I didn't need to come back and she just started so not her issue. Will take her advice and not return.

I order a original pizza in the drive thru and the young lady handed me a pizza that look like she dropped It. The cheese was burnt and slide to one side. I asked could I get a new pizza because the first wasn’t edible. She hands me a second that was in the same condition It was burnt. I then ask are they’re any fresh pizza I could get she told me no I could just get a refund. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service and food. Please do something to correct this I enjoy the hot ready at little caesars.

I ordered for picked up, due to traffic I was about 25 mins, I still expected the pizza to be hot but mmmm it was frozen cold . Didn’t notice till i was ready to eat. It happened at least once to me before I ordered a lot from this place they kept it hot the first time so

Service was immediate!! Drive thru was very convenienta but pizza taste was a lil disappointing? i was expecting delicious, but i got my hunger appeased so that was good. I just thought crust was not the best. Sorry but i will try another store b4 i give up completely
We definitely should have checked the box before we drove off. This may be cheap and convenient, but it ended up a complete waste of money because it was 90% inedible. And of course, they don't answer phones to attempt to resolve the issue.

I ordered through the app and pizza was ready around 12:30 piping hot. Large cheese and cheese deep dish. Maybe I got lucky but will definitely order again. Unlike other locations, this one makes their dough fresh. Tipping and kindness never hurts anyone.
