Had to walk in after sitting on curbside for 15 minutes. No apology + they were not super busy + didn't have items correct and were cold because they were just sitting behind the counter. If you weren't able to staff appropriately then you should disable online orders so customers can be aware and this may seem trivial but it really matters to people who have a disability and are only using The mobile option as a necessity I have is in other locations who were communicative about their service standards at the moment and reflect that in the app

Horrible when I tried to order on call, they did not answer me. They only put me on the hold and then they just hung up. I really think that they should get this fixed immediately but until then this is gonna be my rating.

You can’t advertise you’re 24 hours and not be a 24 hour location. Yall have it on yall sign and on Google.
That’s the literal definition of false advertising. It’s clear this location doesn’t have a problem breaking the law. I’m curious to at what extent though 🤔

Although the customer service at this location is fair..lots of Spanish speakers, They are usually rather slow with their service. You may be in the drive thru for 8 mins just to get a drink. The dining area is usually pretty clean as are the bathrooms. Its located in a Burlington store's shopping center. There is also a laundromat in walking distance and they have free detergent and free drying. There is also a Chase, and a Wells Fargo bank feet away from the restaurant. Sometimes I go there and the food is fresh..other times, they throw you some stale bread on your burger. Such a turn off. This is why I don't frequent this location much. Keeping it real.

This place is open 24/7 I got off the hospital around 3:20 wanted to grab food and while driving by I saw a couple employees when. I got to the drive thru nobody was taking orders I drove around the building and the I couldn’t see any employees
