The customer service at this location is absolute garbage, it takes forever to get your food yet alone get some help or place an order Food still smacks though just cause it's McDonald's Just be ready for some bull when you come to this location

I ordered thru the app and it doesn't allow you the option to add lettuce or onions on your chicken sandwich...I didn't order no pickles or cheese on it just plain with onion and lettuce...after I ordered I went to the front before they made it to see if they could add onions and lettuce....they told me it'll be extra for both....since when is it extra for lettuce and onions on a chicken sandwich

I came to the McDonald’s to get some food and the representative took the order of the vehicle in front of mine and then proceeded to ignore my vehicle for 15 minutes at the drive-through then when I came to the window, he first did not want to answer then he said we’re closed Then when I asked, what time did he close he said I don’t know when I asked his name he said I don’t know. Photo is attached of representative. This is unacceptable behavior and I’m noticing a pattern of discrimination at this establishment. Upon driving around I noticed customers inside the lobby area being served by McDonald’s representatives. I will be back tomorrow to report this formally and escalate this to corporate.

0 stars. staff is a bunch of entitled teenagers who have zero manners at ALL! Asked for straws for my two drinks and had a singular straw shoved at me and the window slammed in my face!! never waste your time energy or money at this god awful place

Order a 10 Piece nugget combo and ask for a extra sauce was told there was a charge of 0.25 cents plus the service in this McDonald’s is very slow and inefficient

30 or 40 minutes in drive thru. I swear they are making one item at a time. I don't know why I even try. Unbelievable. The sign on the door says 11:00pm dining area closed. It's 10:00pm now. It's not the first time either and they give an attitude when you try and go inside. What ever happen to service with a smile. Smh just ridiculous.
Worst trip to mc.donalds, they called us “lil bro” through the drive thru, made us repeat the reward code multiple times and still didn’t get it, didn’t give us any sauces, the fries were cold; didn’t give us the bacon we asked for, overall horrible customer service, they were all over the place, 10/31

My experience this time was very good thanks to the afternoon/night shift supervisor, Ana. I brought up some issues we had with one of the employees and other situations, and she listened with respect and professionalism, assuring me she would take action. I was originally planning to leave a negative review, but her excellent attention completely changed my mind. Ana truly represents the company in the best way, acting exactly as a supervisor should—or even better. I would just like to mention that it’s very important for all employees to wear name tags so customers can identify them, whether to report a problem or to give them well-deserved recognition.

I usually order online, but everytime I asked for extra kid fries, I got apple all the time. I'm allergic to Apples. What's the point asking customers what we want if they just gonna give what ever they desire. I'm confused.
