Stopped by the new Paris Baguette in Doraville and loved it! The pastries were fresh and beautifully made, the coffee was smooth, and the staff was super friendly. The place feels bright and welcoming — perfect for a quick bite or relaxing with friends. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a cake via app for this location. App showed that the cake is available, upon reaching the store I was told they were sold out. I tried to cancel the order but app wouldn’t let me cancel it, so I asked them to cancel it. I don’t know what they did but the app shows that my order got completed successfully and I did not get any receipt stating cancellation of order and that the refund will be issued. When I asked for the receipt, the server struggled to get the receipt for 10 minutes, they asked for my number and said I will get the receipt soon, I haven’t received any receipt or any refund so far. I may lose $50 here, it’s gonna be an uphill battle to get the refund now. Do not order anything via app, better to get it directly from the store as the app does not reflect their inventory and they are not interested in updating their inventory maybe a trick to lure customer into store and sell some other in stock cake.
I won’t be buying anything from Paris baguette in future as their service and app isn’t good.

Disappointing Experience – Order Marked as Completed, But No Cake Provided
I placed an order online for a cake and selected this Paris Baguette location for pickup.However, when I arrived at the store, the staff informed me that the cake was not available at their location. Despite this, the app showed the order status as completed—which is incredibly misleading.
I waited at the store for nearly 30 minutes hoping for a resolution, but the staff offered no helpful assistance or explanation. It was a complete waste of time and money, and as of now, I still haven’t received the cake or any follow-up from the store or the company.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. This experience has made me question whether I’ll order from Paris Baguette again.

I used to come here before they temporarily closed, and now they’re back with better quality food and a refreshed interior! I love the vibe ☺️ I’ll def be coming back. I did receive a different coffee than what I ordered, but the manager handled it with such kindness. I can’t wait to return for the grand opening!

Coffee is ok. However, their pumpkin spice iced late was nasty. Customer service was ok, they seemed to get annoyed when asked questions. WiFi never works so not a good place to use your laptop. Do have to day the pastries were pretty and the place was clean.

Ordered a cake online to pick up by today 5pm. Arrived around 530pm to make sure the cake would be ready so I could pick up quickly and head out. Well apparently, cake was never made and only when I showed my order confirmation did the manager start rushing the workers in the back to start making the cake. Not sure what would've happened if the cake decorators weren't there but the manager kept giving excuse after excuse with no apology on why the cake wasn't ready in time. Now I've got a haphazardly made cake when I put in my order a week ago. Long story short, if you order a cake online, be prepared for them to not have it ready.
