Roll It Up Ice Cream Atlanta

I went there around August and I had a this female who didn’t look presentable I was honestly baffled by the way it tasted was the best I’ve had ever when I went there

They charged my friend an EXTRA $1 for not even a full teaspoon of an extra topping.. literally one tiny drop. They’re very stingy with toppings. Ordered something with banana and only got two thin slices of banana, i’d expect more for a $9 ice cream.. on top of that, they don’t wear gloves or even tie up their long hair.

From the moment we walked into the establishment, we were met with an unwelcoming/unfriendly staff. Once we received our orders, we were greatly disappointed in the quantity of “toppings”. Half of a brownie bit and a quarter of a strawberry for $9? While “enjoying” our ice cream, the staff decided to start mopping the floors 45min before closing, filling the small building with the smell of chemicals to the point we packed up and ate in the car.

Would not return nor recommend.

First, the service was awful, the guy that took my order was just so unpleasant, really rude.
Also, I asked for a few toppings, an I get 1/4 of the toppings that I ordered. I wanted strawberries and they literally gave me 1/4 of a small berry
And then, since 9:15 they started to clean the place while we were eating and all the place started to smell like chemicals

Ice cream was good but I won’t go back after that service

ts took so mf long, like it’s not even funny!!! the workers were so dumb, like go back to rolled ice cream school and learn your stuff.

Horrible customer service, not friendly at all. Watched them make my ice cream after serving all my friends theirs and then trash mine and start another persons order.

Cleanest ice cream shop around! The strawberry ice cream was delicious but the coffee ice cream was REALLY bad- it actually tasted and felt like it has finely ground coffee grinds IN the ice cream ? Could not eat it. Standard Ice cream price is $8
