From quality to taste & nutrition, SoFresh is everything you’d want, they check all the boxes for meal prep. Being a full time Entrepreneur & constantly traveling was a challenge! SoFresh made my transition much easier by delivering & accommodating all of my Vegetarian & plant based meals! With many options to choose from, there’s quality meals for everyone. Earlier this year. My wife recommended that we try out SoFresh. At the time, I was looking for options that allowed me to eat healthier because I was looking to improve my diet. When I looked at the weekly menu, I was impressed with the variety that was offered. Also, I was looking to include more fish into my diet and SoFresh has great options there too.
After the first week, my expectations were exceeded. All of the meal options were delicious and carefully portioned meals were filling and allowed me to keep the calorie count within the range my doctor recommended. After a few months of the meal service, my doctor was satisfied with my improved vitals and I was losing some weight from the meals and regular exercise. I also enjoyed having the meals delivered to my home at a time that was convenient to my schedule. To anyone looking for a great meal service, I wholeheartedly recommend SoFresh.

We love love love everything we have gotten from So Fresh. Their game day packs are so fun and delicious and their Teriyaki bowl with Shrimp is our favorite, so good. Seasoning is always on point and it’s maybe the best shrimp we’ve ever had. Besides their food, good customer service is rare now a days and the people at So Fresh are super customer focused and lovely. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would!

Sofia made the decision to engage an Uber driver to deliver a freshly prepared package. The driver, a conscientious and hardworking young adult, was striving to earn additional income through their efforts. Unfortunately, this dedicated young woman faced an unjust situation where the restaurant owner falsely accused her of mishandling the food order. This situation is deeply troubling, and it raises concerns about the integrity of the establishment. It is disheartening to witness such unwarranted accusations against an individual who was simply trying to earn a livelihood by driving for Uber. This calls for a collective response, and it may be time to consider organizing a protest against this establishment.
Every meal I've ordered from SOFresh has been great. The meals are seasoned perfectly (not too salty), and the meats are cooked perfectly. I am big on communication, and the team at SOFresh always does a great job of communicating in a timely manner, and providing any (and all) updates on the meals. As a truck driver, my husband and I love the convenience that the delivery option provides for our busy schedules.With new menu options every week, we have been able to try different meals but honestly, they all have been great even the vegan options. If you are looking for a quality meal prep company with attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism, I would recommend highly SOFresh Meals.
