Young lady that was working the drive thru on August 21, 2025 around 2 pm, the only reason you have a job is because of customers. If we weren’t buying, you wouldn’t be getting paid. Simple. Next time let’s ask questions like how can I help you today versus what you want? And how are you doing with a total when I pull up to the window instead of just holding out your hand. What about asking the customer if they need anything else instead of closing the window in my face? I understand it’s just Taco Bell and I’m not expecting much when I go there and you have so many better things to do besides your job, but if you want to keep your job let’s work on that customer service.

New review now that it’s just a Taco Bell- it’s still bad. Zero steak in my Chipotle Ranch Grilled Steak Burrito before the pic was taken. What WAS in there was all shoved in one end but there was still very very little.

Frequently out of hot sauce and the food just isnt made very well. I guess it's hard to run a combo fast food spot because I usually dont have good experiences in a combo spot. Sometimes you just gotta make that run for the border. Feel me?

Ordered a cantina chicken bowl. Had it two times before and was surprised at how good it was. But today I go to order the same exact order and it was trash. Heavy on lettuce and it was sloppily thrown together. The only reason why I noticed is because the gentleman who handed me my food was so nice I went back to go get toppings and picked up the bowl and it was almost empty I then asked for some additional rice. It was reluctantly provided by female that made my order. When I ask questions about the toppings and where everything was she stated that it's a dollop that's it. I didn't argue I just phoned in a corporate complaint

To the owner of this newly remodeled taco bell. I love how you have revived this location. The food finally tastes like the Taco Bell in the past that I remembered and loved. However, I noticed a decline in the employee service already. Started out great, but now you have some workers in there who absolute don't care about customer service. An hour before close, the young lady at the drive thru said they were only doing burritos and tacos. The funny and sad thing was what I wanted was a classic stack which is just a burrito in a triangle form..lol same ingredients as the burrito.😆 Then, when I got to the window. The young lady had no customer skills. No hello..no smile..she actually looked annoyed and like she was ready to go. I know I'm always upbeat and kind to drive thru employees, but even that didn't get her to even give me eye contact. PLEASE owner, this location will fail again if you don't hire people who at least greet the customer with a smile and a hello. I know, I for one will stop going by like I did before if I go there again and get treated like a problem. I have over 8 million views on my reviews collectively..and I did not make this review until after 3 visits over a month..and it just got worse every visit. I can say, the food was always hot and fresh..but I can get food anywhere, people come back because they love good vibes when they are grabbing fast food after a long day or a long trip. That's facts. So, please just train the employees to care a bit more. You guys had a bad rep at this location..I went back because of one of these reviews after the grand re-opening..and already I'm about to stop going again due to the lack of customer service. I can speak on it because over the years, I have served many people in a ton of jobs with a smile. Its not that hard.😉

Spent nearly $40 for what should’ve been supreme tacos, but got mainly shelled lettuce tacos wrapped in paper wraps in a huge brown bag to make it look like you’re really getting a lot of something. I’m never going back to Taco Bell again. In this highly inflated economy you might as well go to a better restaurant or make your own tacos. Taco Bell is trash🚮

Ordered drive thru, they gave me someone else's order and didn't notice until I got back. Drove back to get my original order, and and they messed it up again by forgetting my fire sauce.

Y’all are blowing it man, if you don’t season the nacho fries they aren’t even worth getting.

Also forgot my sauce on a 2 item order. It wasn’t busy so I don’t get it.

I’m never coming back to this location.
