El paisano Mexican restaurant & Taqueria

This is the 2nd time we have been there and we won't be back. I will preface this by saying we were a party of 10 at 1:15 on a Friday afternoon with no one else in the restaurant. We thought the first time was a one off, but no. It is actually how the restaurant is. Where to start? Their cooler must be broken because all the soft drinks and waters were like warm at best. The alcoholic beverages left much to be desired. Both of the micheladas 2 people in our party ordered were watery and the tequila sunrise was salty? How does that even happen? 2nd, we ordered chips and queso for the table. It came out with the rest of the food, on a plate, like nachos and the queso and chips were cold. One person in our party ordered ceviche, one ordered milanesa, one ordered grilled chicken and one person ordered a steak quesadilla (keep this in mind, I'll bring it up again) everyone else's food comes out in minutes. The server tells us they're out of grilled chicken? Ok, ordered something else. Goes back and brings that out. Then they're out of the steak quesadilla (I didn't hear this but they ordered something else). Brings it out and look at that! They're out of ceviche and milanesa. Instead of the ceviche they decided to ask for a steak quesadilla (which she didn't know they were out of when she ordered it) and she miraculously came back with a steak quesadilla! All the food was ice cold! The quesadillas didn't even look like they had seen a grill. Literally shredded cheese folded in a tortilla. To top it off they put gratuity on the bill, so she got a $40 tip that wasn't even deserved because we sat for 30 minutes before she even came to get a drink order. Look elsewhere when looking for Mexican food because this place is horrible.

Every time I wanna go. I check if it open online and it says it’s open but then when I get to location it closed I don’t understand why their website says open but they are closed

Terrible service, all the staff have a very bad character, and they already have nothing, I think I have more food at home and when I say that I mean beans and rice!

The food is disgusting, very poorly prepared, the service is terrible, the waiter didn't ask me if he was going to give tips or not and without consulting he placed his tips. The truth is, it was a very bad experience. I will never eat there again, not even if it was the last place of sale. of food

Third time coming. All three times I've been told they don't have the order or they're not going to make it. A complete waste of my time. I refuse to accept orders from this location anymore. They need to be removed from all delivery places.

I came into this restaurant and paid $47 for a 6 taco and burrito I got home and the burrito was not in the bag when I got home so I went back to the restaurant and told the server what happened and she claims that the burrito was in the bag when I left the store I asked her if she would please make another burrito because the original one was not in the bag. She proceeded to tell me no, so I then asked her for a refund and she also refused that as well, unfortunately I will never be coming back to the establishment. Now I will have to take different measures to ensure my money back. Very sad. I would not recommend eating here.

The food was good. The waitress was amazing. We had like around 9 people and it was just one person. She was great, fast and, and nice. Some of the food was taking long but it wasnt her fault.

If you want a place that is seedy, come to this place, terrible service, the orders are not complete, they pay more attention to their cell phone than to the customer. You ask them about the order and they laugh in your face saying that they didn't make it. they forgot

I'm sorry, but look, the sauce containers are very dirty, and that's not just a day old. The water is artificial, it's free, but for that reason they shouldn't give it, it ruins the flavor of your food, there was no water in the bathrooms and They were dirty, and lastly there were a lot of flies, really a bad experience.
