The cashier with the colorful hair and piercings is rude, never again .

Genuinely, couldn't hear myself thinking because there is nothing in the whole space to absorb the sound. Beyond the ringing of tinnitus in my ruptured eardrums, the automated order machine did not print my ticket, nor was it explicit about what I was ordering.

A group of seven was after my group of three, and they somehow got their orders before ours. They never called our order or, if they did, I couldn't hear it over the cacophony bouncing off the barren walls. Not only that, but we wanted taiyaki and, had the automated screen not been as jittery as a 1993 desktop computer, then perhaps I would have been more satisfied with my experience at this location.

Food and drinks are amazing. My favorites are probably the peach yakult and strawberry cheesecake Taiyaki. I do wish they had more seating. We had to snipe one when someone got up and it was stressful to not see any seating with a large party.

Excellent drinks. Really appreciated that they have a caffeine free and sugar free menu. Got the cold grapefruit yukolt with zero sugar and it is so refreshing and fun with the pieces of grapefruit floating around. Wife got the marble taro made from fresh grated taro with boba with 30% sugar. The boba is perfectly cooked and the flavor and sweetness is perfect. Clean beautiful interior.

Right now it's much quieter than a lot of other milk tea shops. I did not hear the loud machine running mixing the drinks. Probably a good place to study.
