Placed an order last night on the website for delivery. DoorDash driver picked it up then never delivered my order. I called Wing Stop they said to call door dash so I did. Door dash tried to call wing stop and they put door dash on hold then hung up on them and then never answered another call. I have requested a refund from DoorDash but they said I need to contact wing stop. Wingstop never answered my calls and hung up on me the one time they did answer the call. If you want to get scammed then i recommend ordering from here!

I had them today for the first time through DD & my food was great. I ordered the hot honey rub which I now love. I had garlic Parmesan as well which I didn’t care for as they were too oiley and probably should’ve stuck with all hot honey. Needless to say I will be ordering again as everything was good. My drink wasn’t filled to the top it was missing maybe 15-20% of soda.. I wasn’t going to drink it anyway bc I had one at work. One more time for the hot honey rub 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The food was alot better since I've revisited. The Cajun corn is always good.
I did a pickup order and the server was very nice. My beverage dropped and spilled all over my car and they had no issues replacing my drink. I will definitely visit again during lunch.

I was not expecting such a friendly and welcoming staff when I walked into my local Wingstop today. I only had to say my name and they called my order back then showed me all of my items. I made it home my son said it was still hot. He was very happy with his order.

When I came in this place was busy with people picking up to-go orders. If you like the wings, that would be the way I would go. The gal of the counter was friendly and seemed to be working hard to make me happy. Originally, she said it would take 20 minutes to get my order but when I scowled at that, she said she would rush it and my order came out in 9 minutes.
The dining area had tables and chairs but did not have napkins on the tables or trash cans for my stuff when I was done. There was a single stop on the counter to get some paper towels to use as napkins. As I was looking for the trash can on my way out, again, the gal behind the counter smiled and offered to take it from me.
The food is too heavily spiced for me. Notably, I'm not talking about wings being too spicy. Everything was salty or sugary, or both. The seasoned fries were smothered in a salty, sugary, spicy dusting. I couldn't imagine putting ketchup on that and they didn't have any other sauce that was dairy-free. The wings were medium-sized, which is nice, especially for the price.
It looks like a lot of people order to go from here, as the food delivery people were constantly in and out.
Dietary restrictions: I felt like I could get a gluten-free and dairy-free meal here. Except for sauces. All of their sauces were dairy based, so I didn't have anything for my French fries pour my wings except a little packet of ketchup.
Parking: The parking lot is a little rough but ample. There are parking spaces just against the sidewalk by the front door.

The times i've came here they always take 40 min - 1 hour although it always says on the app the wait is 15-25 minutes and overall the staff is always lazy, playing music, and just not very attentive of the customers. The employees this place hires are either teenagers that don't know what to do or older people that don't have nothing to do. I have never met anyone who works here that has a smile on their face or a good attitude.
