I will start off by saying I haven’t been to a Wingstop, but I happen to be in the area and decided to give them a try. I had a Wingstop since way before the pandemic. I was going to die in, but decided to order to go. I had the Hawaiian wings and they were tasty and fresh even after my 35-minute commute home. The ranch is as good as I remember. The service was great, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. I even witnessed the manager stepping out into the lobby to help a customer with her large order of drinks and foods because she was accompanied by a small child. I will definitely check them out the next time I’m in the Doraville area.

Lakita was amazing. So kind . She assisted me with my online order being the system was down and she couldn’t take credit cards . I was actually about to leave when she suggested I just place the order online . To assist with my wait time she dropped the order while I navigated the online process.I live in Alpharetta however because of her customer service I don’t mind making the drive here. Thanks again Lakita

This is the second time I've had an issue with this place. The first time (differentlocation, mind you), I got huge, undercooked wedge potatoes instead of fries because the equipment was broken, supposedly. I ended up getting a 5 dollar gift card to use as a result. This visit was me redeeming the gift card. I ordered 10 wings. Online. 2 flavors. Got to the store and STILL had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. Got all the wayhome and realized, after I started eating, that I only got 6 wings - 3 of each flavor. There's no way this was a mistake. PISSED!!! And the store was already closed. Fortunately, the wings were good. Not enough seasoning on fries

Ordered wingstop delivery thru their app and my order arrived incorrect. The I paid for extra ranch and got no ranch at all! All I got was same ketchup for them cold soggy ass fries. Who the hell what’s to eat dry ass wings with no ranch. Then when I called to get my order corrected nobody answered the damn phone! Called them for 20mins straight back to back trying to get someone on the phone. It wasn’t picked up not one time. Had to go the corporate route and complain about this location and will be disputing this with my bank if I don’t receive my refund.

The food is good but they don’t want to attend after it's 12 and sometimes they give the wrong order.
I ordered my usual lemon pepper wings cooked well done and as per usual called the store to ask for my side of lemon pepper wet (opposed to dipping sauce). I recieved my order only to have boneless wings opposed to traditional. Called Wingstop speaking with Lakita. She offered to refund my money and correct the order. Due to being at work and not wanting the hassle of going to pick up the order or paying door dash again I decided to keep the boneless wings and the rest of my order. Long story short, this could have been a disasterous experience, however because Lakita was so professional about the whole ordeal, I'm not stressing the situation. I prefer traditional wings, but the boneless wasn't to bad. Thanks Lakita.

The manager Lakita needs to be fired! She has a very bad attitude and is rude when she talks to people. She chased a woman out of the store and started pulling her hair and hitting her in the face when the customer was trying to leave after rejecting to take a doordash order that they said wasn't even ready. She even had her employees corner and hold the woman down so she could hit her. Very unprofessional and scary to watch. Wingstop needs to fire this woman and her employees!
