I paid $18 for my food order and they tried to charge me $1 for a cup of water! I have never had this experience at any Zaxby’s. Chick-fil-A would never! Mediocre food, dirty parking lot & rude service. 0/10

The store manager was absolutely rude and racist, definitely needs to work on working under pressure and assisting to her customers. She needs better customer service. Extremely unprofessional

I ordered the new tacos tailgate pack (9 tacos for $20) and upon receiving it, I only got 6. I alerted the cash register person and she was kind enough to try and fix my issue. About 10 mins later, the “manager” came and alerted me I had to pay extras for the 3 missing tacos! I showed her the order on Zaxby’s app AND the receipt they printed yet she still argued with me. Literally says 3 boxes on the receipt and she couldn’t understand it, I had to read it line by line with her and yet she still argued with me that I had to pay extra. This all could have been handle with a “oh it was our mistake, we’ll get you your 3 tacos” but instead the incompetent manager continued to argue/raised her voice at me-how are you a manager and not know what kind of deals you have! Please get some more training for your “manager”, I believe her name was Rotas or something with a R!! What disrespect!

Was at this location today, so I was in drive through to order than they told me to come inside and I didn’t have a problem with that, but I came in and the lady up front took my order asked what I wanted and I told her great 8 she asked what sauce for the wings I told her mild and when I come back to work to eat my food it was buffalo sauce please do better at listening very upset for this 12$ and my order is messed up …

This was the worst visit that I have ever had to a fast food restaurant! I was told to come inside due to them being short staffed. A female employee with short curly hair was rude, disrespectful, and disgusting towards me because I was asking another employee who was taking my order why I had to come in. We exchanged words and she screamed at me calling me the devil because clearly she doesn’t like her job! I will NEVER spend money at Zaxbys ever again in my life because of her! She should be fired immediately for the chaos that she caused this location all because she is miserable working here!

The workers here are absolutely brain dead cant listen correctly are either to stupid to comprehend what u say or they jus don’t care enough terrible service I hate this place and it’s workers more then I can imagine they charged me a small coke as a large and then give me the wrong order

I placed my online order at 12:24 and had it for pick up 1:15pm the same day. I got there at 1:15 and they said my order wasn’t ready and it was behind 3 other tickets. Ok no problem I can wait a few minutes. 15 minutes go by while other people that walk in get their order first within minutes of placing the order at the register. After 20 minutes of waiting and seeing people get their food orders placed after me and get their food before me, I just walked out and called to cancel my order. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting for an order I placed 45 minutes in advance in order to have people get their food before me. Funny thing is 2 hispanic people walked in a few minutes after me, yelled to the people in the back, maybe they knew them but they must have an online order too and got their food within a few minutes of walking in. Maybe because I was white my order was pushed back. Definitely avoiding this place at all costs.
Edit: Other people that had the online order walked in and told them their name and got their order around the allocated time they must have ordered. I was the only one waiting for my online order.

Spent $30 on overpriced food… when asked for 1 sauce I was told I need to pay $0.25 for it because none of the meals I ordered comes with sauce…. Literally everything here is chicken and should at least come with one sauce… it was petty. The woman literally printed out a copy of my receipt so she could make sure none of the meals I ordered came with sauce… if they’re being so stingy why in the hell did I get two pounds of ketchup packets in my bag …
Warm and friendly welcome, but the chicken wings were dry and tough. Unacceptable for the one who claims to have the best chicken
