A little more organized with the new manager and I believe the lady helping eas an assistant or a manager from another store. Bad thing is they were too backed up. 40 minutes to get my cinnamon bread. I belive they will get better. The frint desk still needs to say something as people come in, like welcome to Pixma hit, I'll be with you soon
