“To my surprise it was better than I expected but some things could definitely bring up the ratings is cleanliness especially the restrooms in the men’s. Looks neglected over the years that could be better with some elbow grease even in the table setting could use some elbows. Maybe a face look giving a better image would help. Shyer than that my food cooked the way I asked hot and fresh. A few more smiles wouldn’t hurt around here too!“

“We stopped by Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings on a Saturday for lunch, and overall it was a pretty solid experience with a few highs and a couple things that could be improved.

Service was quick, which is exactly what you hope for when stopping in for a casual lunch. The staff was friendly, kind, and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and easy. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our food, which is always a plus—especially on a weekend.

My daughter got the chicken fingers with ranch, and they were a big hit. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked really well. Definitely a win and exactly what you expect when coming to Zaxby’s.
I ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries (without bacon due to an allergy). The flavor combination itself is great in theory, but unfortunately the fries were cold, which meant the cheese didn’t melt properly. That took away from the overall dish quite a bit. That said, the chicken tenders on top were still delicious and saved the meal from being a total miss.

This is a typical Zaxby’s setup—casual, easygoing, and a good spot for a quick bite. It’s a convenient place to stop for lunch whether you’re dining in or taking food to go.
