Stopped in today for the first time. Decided to try the smothered pork roast, with cabbage and black eyed peas. The meal also included cornbread, which was very delicious. The roast was good, although I’m used to a bit more seasoning, but that’s just the Louisiana in me. So, please don’t get it wrong.. it was good. The cabbage & black eyed peas were also delicious.
Service was great and I will definitely try again.

Nice little soul food spot. Great customer service, very welcoming. Food was good, I ordered the lemon pepper whitening and coleslaw. And my wife ordered fried shrimp and mac and cheese. The only thing that I don't like was the coleslaw. It was dry, not enough coleslaw dressing in it. And the red velvet cake was not moist at all, and cornbread to sweet for me,but it was my first time, and I would go back again to try other things. I just know what to stay away from lol...
