Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came for a late lunch early dinner and it was terrible. Food was awful, service was even worse. Bathroom was disgusting.

We were sat in a closed section. Someone could’ve bought our drinks out right away. We waited for everything we spent over an hour there to two hours there. What a disappointment I used to be a customer I won’t be anymore. Have a great day.

AIREALE. Is a great host, bartender, waitress, very polite, patience, amicable, all the nine yard. Love eating here when she's on board. She goes above & beyond my needs

Hostess was obviously on some kind of drugs and made me and my family very uncomfortable. When she finally left us alone and we were sat, the server let us know they’d be right with us and I timed it and we sat for 20 minutes without ever talking to her again. I walked out.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Got to restaurant about 8pm. There were several customers at the door to be seated and once the hostess got to door she sat everyone. We sat at a table in the bar area. At there for 15 min. And finally the bartender came and asked very rudely if we were ready. I said yes and we ordered drinks and our dinner. She left and went back behind bar and waited on everyone R the bar. As we sat there another 20 minutes with no drinks I noticed a table that was sat before us get up and leave and their table had no drinks on it. Then another 5 minutes and I watch the bartender make drinks for the bar but never mine. We decided that we were leaving as well. Horrible experience do not go there

The service was horrible... we sat down, and no one came to us for any drinks or anything for over 15 minutes... the manager finally came to us and asked for our drinks order, I told him to give me the special... hello told me they were out of it.... I asked his to just substitute the bourbon... he said ok, then he left. The family next to me have there drink... and they told me they ordered it 45 minutes ago.... 15 minutes later, a young waiter came to me and asked for my drinks order... I told him that his manager took our order 15 minutes ago... he took my order again after ten minutes, I saw the bartender finish with my drinks, and it was just sitting on the bar .. I went to the bar and collected my drink...it just went on ond on....with the was service ever.

Only 2 customer inside upon entering the restaurant. The manager was very, very short on staffing, but remained professional. The floor was very very sticky. Our eating utensils had leftover food still on them. Evidently not washed properly. The manager brought out replacement utensils and a hot glass of water to sterilize the utensils. SEVERAL TIMES DURING EATING, GLASS OF TEA WERE SERVED AND THE INSIDE OF 3 GLASS WERE VERY DIRTY ON THE INSIDE. FOOD WAS GOOD THOUGH. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR GLASSES AND EATING UTENSILS CAREFULLY

Applebee's is stepping up their food game. I and the fam went out last weekend for some eats and decide to give them a try since one person had a craving for their signature Quesadilla Burger. I ended up ordering the "New" Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne pasta dish. Although tasty and plentiful, it could have used a little more sausage. To finish the meal, I ended up ordering the "New" Sizzlin Caramel Apple Pie... It could have used a little more crust but everything was tasty. Service was good considering they had some staff not show up for work. The atmosphere was a causal family environment so come as you are. Plenty of seating available whether its a table, booth or at the bar. This location does have plenty of parking surrounding the building itself or (overflow) in the shopping center behind it.
