I came in on 04/01/2024 at 11:45am for a 3 day juice cleanse after reading up about it on the website, I was very excited to embark on this journey. The Cashier who was a woman was very uninviting, and brushed me off when I tried asking her about how to order the juice cleanse, there was no one in the store but me when I walked in and she did not take the time to explain anything to me, the customer service was just horrible and it absolutely changed my mind from spending my money at this location.Will try another location in the city of Atlanta, very unfortunate as I live in Douglasville close to this location.

I have been a consistent customer for the last year. Everything I’ve had has been great ?. Since we’re on the road all day working, finding filling and healthy food/snack options is hard to find. I appreciate having a great option and more than 1 location to visit. Now that soups are done (I miss them already ), Can we get some vegan/vegetarian wraps please ?

Teenagers with attitude problems and behavior disorders should not be left alone in an establishment without Adult supervision where Customer Service makes a product worth it. Worker purposely aggravated my child by placing items available for purchase behind the counter only for self satisfaction. I have been coming to this location for about 4 years and this has been my first but worst ever bad experience as far as customer service. Abigale that worked from 4-5 pm on 3/9/24 needs to be retrained on customer service requirements and leaving personal problems at home.
i love ardens garden!!!! i love the smoothies i love the manager and the workers; the customer service is great!!! everytime, i come in i'm welcomed with love and joy, please do not discontiue the brownie bites, they are wonderful, i would love for the ardens garden to introduce vegan food such as wraps and bowls, there are no vegan resturants in douglasville so i know it would help tremendously, thank you!!!
