I was there today the server name netaeja i asked her to give me the fresh one and i pointed out which 2 i want..she was like i can’t reach them..

Like seriously u can’t reached them … she literally had to move one cup from the front of them only those two look fresh rest of them look very old . after she gave me one I ask her the second one gave me the one that I was asking for and she refused to give me the one i want and still telling me that she can’t reach like what if I want the third one she’s not able to read that one and tell me I cant sell you because I can’t reached them, when I was trying to eat them. Theywere very cold and hard. very bad service i should get what i paid for

I was at the mall location and only one person was working there, running the register, prepping the dough and the cooking. Oh my the young lady was very nice, unfortunately everything served was burnt after 15 mn wait. Felt sorry for the young lady who had to do it all by herself, at least schedule 2 people or the bad reviews will continue pouring in. Do better because I use to like those pretzels!!

One day my mom and I went to auntie Annie’s in the mall. I order salted pretzel nuggets and after I paid and went downstairs, and finally looked in the bag to see they were pizza nuggets. So we went back up the escalator and told the young girl behind the register the situation and she apologized, took the nuggets out my bag and put them back in the heater were they serve nuggets to other customers. I say this to say she didn’t know if I spit in them, coughed or anything. She should have threw them away. I went there June 23, 2024 around 1:20 by the way!

My granddaughter and l went annie pretzels here in douglasville today because we love those pretzels bites.
Well l only get to go there on the weekends because of my work schedule.
I went to get a container of pretzels without. I saw a fresh batch was bring buttered and they didnt have as ny salt on them yet so l ask the cashier if she could put 1 cup aside for me before they were salted

Happy to see this kiosk recently reopened! All offerings were hot and fresh …. They have also renovated the kiosk. Well done.

Two weekends in a row they were “closed” even though employees were physically and visibly there. Instead of working, they were too busy talking to their friends and on their phones. If I could give 0 out of 5, I gladly would. Do better. If you don’t want to work, just say that and quit.

They are literally never open. I don’t know why, because they weren’t falling short on sales, it’s the closest auntie Anne’s besides going to Atlanta. So everyone goes there.

If I could give 0 stars I would . I came out of my way to this location for pretzel day and they were closed during open hours . Very unprofessional.

Went today 3/28/2023 at 1:00 pm and it was closed, nobody was there and in the website says it was opened. I really love the snacks from here.

Google hours state they open at 10 AM. I get there and there are three people standing there not doing anything not preparing any food and it’s already after 11 AM. I asked them what time they open because they said they were closed and one person said 12 and the other one said 11. Which is it? I wonder if the company knows they’re paying for people to stand around and do nothing.

Very unprofessional. Workers stood around talking and laughing without acknowledging customers. Im assuming the manager is also unprofessional considering this is the behavior they allow. Whoever does the hiring here, please do better.

Their Pretzel bites are the bomb!!
