I've been a couple times and never had a pleasant experience. I only went because my daughter requested it for her birthday. The service is mediocre at best and no server we've had, had a personality. The waitress was blah and did the bare minimum. My son enjoyed his chicken quesadilla. My husband had steak tacos and he liked them. I had the birria tacos and the flavor is different/strange than and there is rice in the conseme which is also different. My daughter had the ramen and she said it was ok. The lemon drop was delicious and the best part of the meal.

My old favorite Mexican place changed managers so I tried Blue Agave for a change. The place is clean, modern, and spacious. I now only go there for my Mexican meals. The service could use a little less cell phone time while working, but they were satisfactory in time. Try it out, even have a party there. You will have enough space and the bars are good.

We have a lot of mexican restaurants in Douglasville, this one is the best of the 5 I've visited so far.
Came here and ordered some food, which was a birria ramen and 3 cheeseburger tacos, which was a set of 3 tacos.Now on the menu it says 3 tacos, but they only gave me 2. When I asked about the other taco, I was told that they couldn't split another burger patty, to make the 3rd tacos that I supposed to receive, because, a half of patty would be left over which would make the 4th taco. Okay so why not save the half patty for another order, if ordered by another customer? And why put that they come in 3, if you already knew this would be an issue? He told me to either accept the two tacos or they would refund me for the meal. So, I asked for a refund, when asked to show proof that it was credited back to my card they couldn't. That's when they acted like they didn't understand English. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges, because, they did not refund my money back for the untouched food. Awful customer service at it's best!!!

This place has really good food, but it does not matter the time of day that you come if you plan to sit at the bar, nobody will greet you. Expect to sit at the bar for at least 10 or 15 minutes before somebody even ask you what do you want to drink or how are you? If you’re in Douglasville, I would recommend you go to Monterey’s if you want better service. Their food is also good too.
