We made a reservation for our daughter’s birthday and when I spoke with the lady on the phone she was absolutely amazing! I was so happy to see customer service at its finest! Our server was on top of his game and definitely needs a raise and more people like him! The manager and staff were so awesome and made our lunch the best around ! Thank y’all for such an amazing experience something that you don’t find much anymore!
After coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for food food.We received terrible service in lack of accountability from the general manager. When the issue was bought to the general managers He was avoiding non accommodating and defensive. 3 of our members from our party never receive your food.This is brought to the waiter's attention as well as his attention four times Not only did he ignore and become defensive he told us that other tables were important and he had a whole restaurant...read full review
