Wings were over cooked and bad! Not seasoned well. Server was great! She took back 1st set of wing brought next set equally bad so I gave up!

My boyfriend and I came here to eat around 4 PM and seated ourselves since it was open seating at that time. As soon as we walked in, we noticed two other couples having to go up to the to-go desk just to pay because their waiter had completely disappeared. A waitress noticed us and said she would get another waiter for us.
Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all. We waited 30 minutes and no one ever came to our table. We weren’t even given the chance to order drinks. Because of this, we ended up walking out.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. This establishment needs to hire better, more attentive staff. Extremely disappointed.

I've been coming to this B dubs since 2017. There's always great service. I come in the day time to avoid the busier evenings. Depending on the bartender the drinks can be a hit or miss. Food is always fresh! I always get my spicy garlic traditional wings!

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings second time being there after two years of previous visit. This time around queso dip tasted like watered down, chips old and burn. Fries old as well. Customer service/waitress very rude, never asked if we needed anything. We had to requested for refills, napkins for everything. We would say thank you she don’t give any response back just very rude to have this kind of job where one has to be a people person. That waitress with the long braids. No a pleasant visit for us as a family.I won’t recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings. Learn from Hiram one!!!
The tiny little greeter Emma was so helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth the visit on that alone. Keep it up mam🤝🏿

Gotta be the worst Wild Wings in Atlanta. It's miserably slow. We went in with 2 other tables sat on a weekend and it took 45 minutes to get our food. On top of that the food was cold.
