Did a to-go order after a long doctor appointment. Managed to not get one of my items. Eh, it happens… It’s how the staff reacted when I called them to let them know that made it special. They said ‘my bad’, immediately and without hesitation. They told me a fresh item would be ready for me if I went back to get it. When I got there, the front server said sorry again. The kitchen manager came out and said sorry and provided a couple of to go drinks to thank me for going back. Wonderful service. Silly, friendly staff. Will be back

This location has horrible customer service. Came in to place an order the lady said she didn’t have time to spell out my name while training another employee, her name was lamietra something like that. Then she got mad because I wanted all flats and was saying that’s crazy. Horrible service and there was literally no customer there.

On Super Bowl a group of friends, my husband, and I chose Buffalo Wild Wings as the restaurant to watch the game. We have been to several restaurants/bars in the past to watch the Super Bowl, but this was the absolute worst experience. We all ordered drinks and several of our drinks were not made correctly. We pointed this out to the waitress who informed the bartender, and we were told they had run out of certain ingredients for the drinks. Later on, the restaurant staff decided to hold a raffle which went over into the half time show to which the restaurant guests shouted for him to stop the raffle so that we all could watch the half time show. However, we missed half of the show unfortunately. One of the members in our party noticed the bartender glaring and angrily staring at us. We were confused as we were all just enjoying the game. A few minutes later the bartender turns off the volume of the tv's and begins playing music while laughing at us and rudely saying "Yes I turned it off and what!?". She was approached by a guest who requested her to turn the sound back on because many of us were watching. She loudly stated "No". The guest asked her for her name to which she said very rudely "Kristina with a K". We paid our tab, alerted the manager of what was witnessed, and left. This type of service is unacceptable.

I give up getting lunch here. I want to start by saying by manager is super nice- he just need a better team behind him. It’s 11:47 and I’m waiting on my order I put at 11:05. Coworker put in at the same time hers is ready. I asked why it’s taking so long? Girl gave me an attitude said we open at 11 so grill turns on at 11 girl bye. Like why she mad for I’m the one burning my 30 minute lunch waiting here. Like it’s hard out here people looking for work if you gonna have a crappy attitude get out the way for people who want to work. Period.

We waited 20 minutes for an appetizer and quite awhile for our food. When it came ,the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon patty melt both had severely burnt bacon to the point you could smell it. My boyfriend removed his and tried to eat the burger but everything was burnt. The only good thing was the cheese curds and the appetizer.
The food was amazing and the service was absolutely out of this world!!! Thank you for y’all’s amazing customer service and making our daughters birthday amazing! Our server was the best I’ve ever seen! The manager was so amazing at her job! Thank you for something that has become unheard of! Customer service!!!

We made a reservation for our daughter’s birthday and when I spoke with the lady on the phone she was absolutely amazing! I was so happy to see customer service at its finest! Our server was on top of his game and definitely needs a raise and more people like him! The manager and staff were so awesome and made our lunch the best around ! Thank y’all for such an amazing experience something that you don’t find much anymore!
