Gotta be the worst Wild Wings in Atlanta. It's miserably slow. We went in with 2 other tables sat on a weekend and it took 45 minutes to get our food. On top of that the food was cold.

The hostess working today at around 2 was very rude/ unfriendly. not the kind of person that should be working in a service industry environment. Food was decent but the overall atmosphere was not great. table was sticky and it just didn’t feel clean. Our waitress was kind though.

The hostess/to go order lady had the worst attitude i have ever encountered at a restaurant. Did nit even greet us just said the amount of people we had and then took us to our table and threw the menus down. There was probably only about 10 tables occupied and it took us about 15 minutes to get our drinks. The wings we ordered came out with no sauce on them and had to be sent back. Also the hostess brought out some of our food and did not even say your welcome or anything when we said thank you. Very bad service

My husband and his coworker went to this restaurant on 06/30/2025 after a long day of working in the hot sun in hopes to enjoy a nice dinner. When they walked in there was no hostess present so they waited. After waiting and having no servers that walked by acknowledge them, a manager walked up. The manager told them to just sit somewhere. Apparently the manager never told the server because until she happened to walk by she had no idea she had a table. The server was excessively rude and made it known by her attitude that she considered them being sat at her table an inconvenience. The food was ok but did not make up for the terrible service.

They told me and my family we were welcome to sit anywhere around the restaurant, after about 20-30 minutes we were still waiting to at least order our drinks. Nobody came up to our table at all. We had to leave because nobody ever came up to our table.

We hadn’t been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location in over four years because of the same issues we experienced again today. The only reason we decided to give it another chance was because the nearby Hooters closed down, and we thought maybe things had improved after all this time.
My wife Sonia ordered a margarita and I ordered a soda. My soda arrived within a few minutes, but her drink took more than 25 minutes. Before those 25 minutes were even up, our server Itzi told us she was about to bring the drink and would get me a refill too — but then another 15 minutes passed. I had to tell someone else that I wanted to speak with the manager. Right then, the drink finally showed up, but only because that person went and told the bartender that my wife’s drink had been sitting there for a while.
The manager asked if I still wanted the drink or if I wanted to leave. I told him we had already wasted more than half an hour and would have gone somewhere else, but we decided to stay for the food. I asked for a different server and got Isobel, who was great and the complete opposite of the first server.
Unfortunately, our order still wasn’t right — some items were missing and others were incorrect. For example, my wife had ordered a Caesar salad, but after they brought out the rest of the food, we asked the new server about it and she told us they didn’t have any romaine lettuce, only regular lettuce. I had ordered tater tots but they brought me fries instead. On top of that, they didn’t even put in my son’s order for chicken tenders, so we had to ask for it again.
Another thing I noticed was that some of the other employees were just playing indoor basketball instead of helping the servers who clearly needed support. To top it off, the manager never came back to check if everything was okay after that first conversation.
Overall, we were very disappointed and sadly won’t be giving this location another chance anytime soon.

My family and me had the most amazing experience ever hands down. Our waiter Izzy was so amazing and sweet. She was attentive throughout our whole visit. We have never had this type of experience before. Would come back again. If you come ask for Izzy as your waiter.
