I went to this burger king 🍔 the other day and seen a roach 🪳 crawling on the wall, I asked for my money back and told the cashier, she stated what you want me to do with a smile, and I said to her you can give me my money back, do you really thought I was going to eat there after seeing that, think 💭🤔 again this food at these fast food places prices is getting to high for yo order to be missed up not fixed right and for roaches 🪳 to be crawling out up out of it.

I purchased the gravy biscuit and the 5 piece French toast stick meal. The gravy was just like water and taste terrible. The French toast sticks were hard as a rock. I did this thru the drive thru window. I throwed it all away and had to go somewhere else and get something to eat.

This was the absolute last time I waste my money here. I could have gone to any restaurant in Douglasville, but my kids wanted Burger King — so I stopped here on 10/26/25 Tuesday night at 640pm..I belive the manager (Bel8nda) said his name was Harmelio. No worries I'm uploading his photo!
The person who answered the drive-thru speaker was extremely rude and impatient. When he got smart with me, I decided to drive off. However, what really upset me was that he laughed at me as I was leaving. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable.
I came inside to ask for the regional manager (Mary) and store manager (Mariah) information because behavior like this should never be ignored. If we don’t start demanding better treatment from each other, nothing will ever change. In fact the young man was still laughing when I came inside and had the nerve to say take a picture. And I did!

They suck. Horrible app experience.
Employee was so rude and had an attitude, kept interrupting while i was telling her what I wanted she would interrupt multiple times!! and say what else do you want when I’m trying to tell her and after that when saying I wanted my sandwich without lettuce she said I’ll fix it when you tell me the other items with the worse attitude for no reason. so I left and went to another Burger King I was not putting up with that.

I usually would choose this Burger King over any other. But today I was very disappointed ❗️Had to pull up and wait on my food and my whooper had mayonnaise packed on so much to the point I couldn’t even eat it, very sloppily made not to mention the tomato were so soggy and they were the end pieces. Fries were not not fully cooked waste of money.
This is the second time I've ordered a Whopper with no pickles and still received it with pickles. The employee at the second window for drive through is always disrespectful and unprofessional. Today at drive thru I heard him call me to pick up the food, but when I approached, he stared at me and pretended he hadn’t said anything
