I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment with the General Manager, I was deeply offended by the dismissive and rude response I received from you when I attempted to address the poor customer service I experienced from another employee.
Additionally, the quality of the food has been consistently cold, and the overall customer service has been subpar. As someone who works at a nearby corporate office, I have frequently patronized your business. However, due to this experience, I will no longer be dining at your establishment.
I urge you to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.

This is the nastiest and dirtiest Burger King in Douglasville. On several different occasions the temperature of the food was horrible and the quality was terrible! I attempted to try them today 2/17/25 and I would say I would have been better off eating tictacs and water for dinner. The bread was old and crumbly, the cheese was cold and not melted, and the meat tasted old! I wouldn’t feed that food to a dog or homeless person! Avoid this Burger King at ALL costs! On top of that, their customer service needs helps, rude and disrespectful. The health department needs to make a surprise visit.

I went this morning for breakfast ( 2/16/25) and the young guy they have helping at the window and attending to the front registers is rude and disrespectful. I’m at this location nearly 4-5 days a week and have NEVER been so dismissed by and employee until today. Could have been the way I dress, my skin color, my appearance, doesn’t matter you treat every customer the SAME!! I was rushing to get home to get ready for a very important client and just threw on clothes since they are right up the street, but instead of them getting the order right at the drive thru I had to park my car and go inside where when I said I order a bacon cheese biscuit he said that is a bacon cheese biscuit, I said this is a croissant I didn’t ask for that I asked for a bacon cheese biscuit ( regular biscuit) which I get every time. He stood there and I said just refund my money he said she ( the manager) would have to do it, I said well, get her over here, she took care of the situation and replaced the biscuit with no other incident. That guy may have the so called looks, but his personality SUCKS

Today 2/6/2025 I went through the drive through. I ordered 2 whoppers 2 impossible burgers and 2 Hershey pies. Paid of at the first window when I got to the second window I was asked to pull over to the side because my burgers were not ready. I said why did you tell me this when I placed my order? She said she didn’t know that they had not been made. If my burgers had to be made why were they COLD!

The food was terrible. The day before Christmas Eve my husband and I had been so busy we just needed to eat and get to bed. We had been in traffic and long lines all day! If I can post pics I will.. Dang, please do better! Does anyone that can fix things ever read these 🤷♀️??

A Whopper Jr. NOW looks slightly bigger than a SLIDER. The bun is hard and if you order a medium fry, prepare to have them fill it only up to the level of a SMALL fry.
The ketchup packets were sticky like they were sitting in a container full of old honey.
I'll be eating elsewhere from here on out. Looks like they want MORE of our money for getting LESS portions or missing part of our meal or just straight up - NASTINESS ---and for me, that's not acceptable. There are too many places I can eat in Douglasville where they won't keep raising their prices and giving us SMALLER, LOW QUALITY food portions or giving us ketchup packets that look like they were retrieved from the ground outside and then re-served to customers.

Arrived there at 7 AM on Sunday the staff was very rude. They were not prepared to serve terrible service. Something has definitely changed there.
The don’t have a changing table in the bathroom and the manager looked at me like I was crazy and said she don’t know why they don’t have one then proceeded to watch me like I was an exhibit at a show or something but I figured out how to change my daughter. Absolutely ridiculous.

Really bad service! The manager had a horrible attitude just because we asked for ketchup.. (because there was no condiments outside.) that’s the type of management that puts restaurants out of business in no time!!
