Good burger king. They always get my order right. Always hot, always fresh. Love this store.Just went by at what must have been minutes before they closed. Unlike other places I tried this evening, they actually remained open until the proper time. When they brought my food out it was so hot I had to let it cool before I could eat any of it and they even got my order right. 3 other places I stopped by on the way home were closing early and already had their menus turned off. Kinda glad now given the great service I got here.

Is it your store's policy to be rude to everyone that comes through the drive-thru? I think it's about the last 10 times I've gone through and people have a miserable face Don't say hey don't say anything when you say thank you and just all around look miserable and make weird stares at you. Other places don't do what y'all are doing at least not nearly as much as you all

They accepted twice and gave me onions on my burger after I told them onions could kill me after I told them several times. Wasted money and my time. I will never GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
What has happened to the Whopper??? Meat has no taste, not seasoned. With all the toppings it's even more tasteless. Fries are never good anymore. Maybe it's just this Douglasville location!

I literally got a chicken wrap and they gave me half a piece of chicken. They didn’t give me a whole strip.and i paid the cheese and ranch lol I also got chicken nuggets and they did not give me the barbecue sauce as always. I should’ve double checked. I always have to ask for the barbecue sauce even though they ask what kind of sauce they have good deals, but it’s like they mess up everything last time I came they didn’t even give me my two cookies and I get the same order every single time and the time before that, they literally gave me, a tortilla shell and cheese
