I came here to grab a quick meal for my family. I entered and my order was promptly taken. I ordered 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, and 3 Medium Fries. In less than 3 minutes they handed us our food hot. The tables and chairs were clean and so were the counters. The cashier was very friendly as well. I'd say this was definitely the best experience I've had at a Burger King in a long time.

Horrible Service and Unprofessional Manager - "Tia" Needs to Be Fired
I went to the drive-thru at the Burger King located at 5700 Fairburn Road, Douglasville, GA 30134 today at 5:32 PM, and although the girl on the mic got my order right, things went downhill fast after that. When I got home to serve my grandparents, I found that three items were missing: a large fry and a Jr. Whopper (both for my grandmother), and my chicken wrap. That’s three out of the eight items I ordered — over $33 worth of food, and they couldn't even get it right.
I called the restaurant to inform them of the missing items, and that’s when things got even worse. "Tia," the manager, answered the phone and was beyond unprofessional. She spoke at me, not to me, and insisted on interrupting me while I explained the situation. She even had the nerve to tell me which items I was missing before I had a chance to finish — completely disregarding what I was saying. She insisted I got two bags (which never happened) and repeatedly told me that everything was in the bag because she “did it herself.”
Then, she called me a liar, and when I tried to explain about the missing Jr. Whopper and fries, she just kept interrupting. To make matters worse, she hung up on my grandmother when she called, also calling her a liar. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for someone in a managerial position, and it’s clear that "Tia" is a hazard to this workplace. She is completely unqualified to be managing anything, let alone interacting with customers.
I didn’t return to the restaurant to get my missing items because I no longer trust this location. No one should have to deal with such aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this location to anyone until "Tia" is held accountable. She should absolutely be fired for her conduct.

Tried to call several times prior to posting , no answer. I just left there for breakfast and it was a long hair wrapped in my tator tots. I have my receipt. I would like my order refunded since I had to throw it away & buy food elsewhere.
Just picked up a app order and the buns are stale. Tried to call the place and they don't answer Goes ring ring ring and then busy

At Burger King on Fairburn Rd in Douglasville on10/04/2024 a little before 7pm. Customer was at counter because order was wrong. Mexican cashier was rude and didn't want to fix order. Mexican so called manager Danny was very rude to customer. I left the restaurant and won't go back there just because how they treat customers.

From the looks of these reviews and what continues to happen here, no one in management or ownership pays any attention anyway but I'm going to add my say after my experience this morning. Burger Kings slogan have it your way is really have it their way at this location. I asked 3 X for crispy bacon when ordering and my bacon was so uncooked you could see through it! Manager was preparing food and when I took my food back she argued with me that I should have asked up front when ordering. Told her I had and after 3 X not sure what else I could have done. She kept arguing about it but fixed it correctly. Other employees seem intimidated by her. Guess this is her way of training them how to treat customers. I know the drive thru customers are really getting it Burger Kings way since they treat dine in customers this way.

I rarely go to fast food restaurants near closing because I know the workers are ready to get off and the quality of the food tends to not be up to par. But I was actually impressed at the freshness and timely service I received. Great job night shift .

Josh gave such excellent service. This has become my favorite Burger King in Douglasville now. My orders are normally complicated but he made sure everything was correct & still hot.

I came in this morning, June 20, 2024 to order and a clerk was talking to someone on her cellphone. She looked at me twice but never came to the counter to ask me for my order. It was 9:46 am and I waited for a few minutes then left.
