Came in today around 5:30-6 the food was okay but I can’t tell it wasn’t fresh! The workers was just standing around talking I heard some very inappropriate things! Teens will be teens but this is unacceptable!

I was overcharged for a meal. When I brought it up to the manager, he told me that it wasn’t listed on their menu. I assured him it was and went back through the drive through and took a picture of the meal and the price. He still refused to charge the correct amount. He charged me $20 for the meal instead of the listed price of $14.99. I just wanted him to refund me the difference that I was overcharged. Instead, he said I could give the food back for a full refund. He continued to tell me that their menu did NOT list this item even after I showed him the picture. I will include the picture of the menu.

Tryna overcharge me 1.20 for cheese??? You out your mind. The ASSISTANT MANAGER is horrible and nasty. Snatched my food bag from me when I’m tryna find out why I gotta pay more for an order THEY messed up. Never ever recommend here. They obviously can’t hear nor read orders correctly, or try to make it right.

No one greets you, there’s a huge tablet in front of where a human is supposed to take your order. And to top it off- they were sold out of all burgers. I need the manager to explain to me how BURGER KING runs out of BURGERS!?! Sounds like the manager needs to be fired.

I eat at different Burger King's but whoever made my double whopper was on point (hitting) the staff is on point to this is the best one I've been to 10-23-25 1:15 pm
I ordered my food through DoorDash. I pacifically asked for no pickles and cheese and I also asked for a Hershey’s pie. When I Drove back to the StoreWhoever was the cash register was very rude and I would never come here again. I am allergic to pickles and when I asked for my Hershey’s pie, he was very rude

I’m surprised this location has low reviews. Tia Roberts, the assistant manager, was super helpful and recommended the right menu items I wanted. Clean restaurant, and the food tasted just fine!

It's it's not something .kissing it's Burgers aren't right.

This location has so much potential, but the service was absolutely terrible. The employees were out of uniform, wearing skull caps instead of the standard attire. What made it worse was seeing them sitting on the counters where food is handed out, scrolling through their phones, and laughing while customers sat waiting in the drive-thru line. It was unprofessional and unclean, and it gave the impression that they simply did not care about the customers or the business. This happened tonight around 940pm.
It’s disappointing, because the brand itself is strong and could thrive in this area if management held staff accountable. With the right leadership, training, and standards in place, this location could easily turn things around—but until then, the lack of professionalism makes it hard to recommend this location especially in the evenings. What's even worse was my order was wrong. I ended up a taco bell across the street.
