I’m surprised this location has low reviews. Tia Roberts, the assistant manager, was super helpful and recommended the right menu items I wanted. Clean restaurant, and the food tasted just fine!

It's it's not something .kissing it's Burgers aren't right. If it's not the burgers it's them. Ot getting the complete order one thru via the mobile app .

This location has so much potential, but the service was absolutely terrible. The employees were out of uniform, wearing skull caps instead of the standard attire. What made it worse was seeing them sitting on the counters where food is handed out, scrolling through their phones, and laughing while customers sat waiting in the drive-thru line. It was unprofessional and unclean, and it gave the impression that they simply did not care about the customers or the business. This happened tonight around 940pm. It’s disappointing, because the brand itself is strong and could thrive in this area if management held staff accountable. With the right leadership, training, and standards in place, this location could easily turn things around—but until then, the lack of professionalism makes it hard to recommend this location especially in the evenings. What's even worse was my order was wrong. I ended up a taco bell across the street.
I paid extra for bacon and cheese on my junior Whoppers never got all my burgers are cold the guy at the window never gave me my change back I had to go back around and get it might do better no stars
