I order from Charley’s at Arbor Place at least twice a month, and usually love it. But on September 8th, 2024, I decided to switch it up and go after lunch to get a Chicken Philly instead of my usual veggie or steak. I was really disappointed when my sandwich arrived. It didn’t look anything like the picture or the other steak Phillies I’ve had before. There were barely any mushrooms, onions, green peppers, or provolone. I had to ask them to add more, and while the customer service was friendly, they acted like I was making a big deal over nothing. I just don’t understand why my sandwich couldn’t look like everyone else’s it was almost $14 for a chicken combo, I go other places and pay that for steak Phillies! Look at the before and after pics and they are on one with how little fries they give for this rate.

The food (Original Philly) is darned good! The fries are good also. Service is quick and courteous, and the employees seem to sincerely enjoy working here.They are located in the Upstairs Food Court at Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville, GA, so it's not a quiet dining room or a cozy pub, but the food is good.Give them a try.

Parking: Use the upper parking on the back of the mall at the large entrance near Sears. There is plenty of parking plus there are designated electric vehicles charging stations and a fair amount of handicapped parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: It's a mall. Chaperoned kids are generally welcome. It is a food court so try to keep them relatively calm to respect the other patrons that are in the mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you come in the described entrance you are entering on the upper level across from the food court. All one level. Just roll in, go to the food court and enjoy a great cheesesteak sandwich.

Good food, the customers were nice and patient when I didn’t know what to order. Materials looked clean and well maintained. Drinks were delicious and had great variety

Food is great and fresh! My Philly steak was awesome! Fries hot and crispy! The only thing I would say that could have been an improvement is, they told my kid that he couldn’t get the strawberry lemonade with the kids meal, only the regular lemonade. You would think they could add a teaspoon on strawberries to his lemonade and make my 5 year olds day, even change a a small fee for the shot of strawberry would have been cool!Normally I would deduct a star on this review for that but the food was just over the top good! This place is also very clean and I do believe it was just remodeled because if definitely looks new.

The employees at the Lenox Square Atlanta food court location do not wear masks although they served customers and prepped food. Zero stars
