Ordered from here today on ubereats and the funnel cake fries tasted like soap, the burger was super disgusting it tasted like a turkey burger with nothing on it, my fries soggy and popcorn chicken tasted terrible. Usually checkers is really good but this was so awful.

My food was served quickly without a wait and it was very fresh. I had absolutely zero complaints. The fries were so good I wish I would have gotten a larger size.

There's a short white girl there with some tattoos, one above her eyebrow, SHE IS VERY RUDE! HER ATTITUDE IS VERY NASTY! SHE DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING CASHIER ON ANY SHIFT! SHE'S IMPATIENT WHEN I'M ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT SOMETHING I ORDERED. TALKED TO ME AS IF I'M JUST SUPPOSED TO KNOW EVERYTHING AND THIS IS HER JOB TO INFORM ME IF I DON'T WHICH IS WHY I ASK QUESTIONS. SHE NEEDS TO JUST WORK THE BACK IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS! BECAUSE OF HER I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND SPENDING MY MONEY ANYMORE.

I donāt rate fast food⦠but the young lady at the window was very kind, which is not normally typicalā¦someone give her a raise. The food was fresh and really delicious and I appreciate it.

I frequent this location a couple of times a week because it is in my regular travels and I am a rewards member. Every Friday is Free Fry Friday and I use the rewards in the drive thru. Today the employee couldn't figure out how to honor the rewards without the scanner (clearly it was broken). The manager on duty also didn't know what he was doing so he decided to just lie to me and say the reward was only available if you order thru the app. If you see the image, this is clearly BS, especially since the same location let's me use rewards multiple times a week.

I usually dont do post like this but right now I am very upset. I went to the checkers on Fairburn Road. I really donāt like checkers but I went because thatās what my husband wanted. Ordered a loaded Buford burger that didnāt have any of the condiments on it that was supposed to be on it I went and to them to fix it. I talked to the cashier who I paid and then another girl comes over and you know they act like they didnāt even know what goes on their own burger so in term they go get the manager the manager comes to the window and while heās talking to me, heās being very rude and I said, sir the items on the burger arenāt on the burger they only put the bacon and the mustard and mayo. It was supposed to have these fried onions and Fries on it, but I asked him told them I wanted the fried onions but not the fries. well, he didnāt inform me that they donāt have it. The warehouse is out and I said well all you had to do was tell me that and I couldāve fixed my burger the way I wanted it and during the whole conversation, heās rolling his eyes, throwing his hands up and I said well, sir if youāre gonna be rude about it, then you could just give me a refund. He goes in turn and says Iām not gonna give you a refund and Iām like OK I didnāt even say anything really after that other than OK and instead, he goes in the drawer and throws $30 at me he doesnāt put it in my hand and then proceeds to call me a big back and I instantly got mad Because who are you to address me like that Iām a pay customer I didnāt come at you with attitude, I didnāt come in there with negativity, but to speak to me in that tone and that matter, and that condescending way, and you could tell that he was really racist Because he didnāt address me with respect in the first place when he came to the window he didnāt say hi he didnāt say anything. He was just like yes what did you tell her? I am so so angry right now that I couldnāt even see straight to drive. I was crying. I was so upset and I called the corporate office and I told him that I was gonna call the corporate office and he waved at all. He said I donāt care call him like it doesnāt matter for him to be a manager and so unprofessional and to carry on the way that he did in front of those employees no wonder why The employees act the way they act when theyāre there because thatās what theyāre being tall and I refuse to go back to that checkers or any checkers for that man cause I donāt really like their food anyway but what I will say is that after today Iām going to report them to the BBB and bring awareness in my area to stop patronizing them ! This behavior is very very unacceptable to do that to someone and if you do it to me, youāll do it to a lot of other people and Iām not Iām not a bad person. Iām not a hard person to get along with. I was in the food service industry for 40 years and in those 40 years never have ever Treated a customer the way I just got treated. Customer service goes a long way and that was not it and I hope you guys will think twice before ever visiting that checkers on Fairburn Road.ššš”š”

The best french fries around, do you usually always hot do you usually always a degree faster than most fast food restaurants and you can get your food the way you want it. So you don't want pickles or red onions, they handle it!
