Always amazing. I mean come on its Chick-Fil-A it's always awesomeness. And if there is a drive thru anywhere they should consult with yall about how to do it.
They can’t even do right by putting the lid on the chicken soup bowl (it was extremely hot). Now I’m late for work because I have to clean up this mess and I have no food.

I get so frustrated that this is the CFA I have to frequent. There's really not many other options in this town, and this CFA boggles my mind. Order via app to receive at the table? They'll wander the dining room shouting your name instead of going to the table indicated on the ticket. Went through the drive-thru instead? Prepare to watch other people drive in and choose the opposite lane from you and go through ahead of you (absolutely detest this double lane nonsense); and no, this location cannot seem to figure out how to prioritize mobile orders through the drive-thru. What _really_, unreasonably, frustrates me is that the owner keeps sending out rewards that have mere hours to redeem. The screenshots attached to this review are from such a reward email that I received on 2025-03-11 at 08:18 EDT. IT IS ONLY GOOD THROUGH 11:00 EDT WHEN THEY STOP SERVING BREAKFAST. I get that they want to drive traffic, but they need to respect our time more than this. I'm not going to everything to run out and get a free hash brown box. What's the point of participating in this rewards program if the rewards are so time limited as to be useless?
I wish I had a different option close to me than this frustrating place.

There are several employees in the back and only one person up front taking orders, It should never take 20mins to place an order, Also I didn’t know chick fill an employees bring their children to work! Very unprofessional.
