I get so frustrated that this is the CFA I have to frequent. There's really not many other options in this town, and this CFA boggles my mind. Order via app to receive at the table? They'll wander the dining room shouting your name instead of going to the table indicated on the ticket. Went through the drive-thru instead? Prepare to watch other people drive in and choose the opposite lane from you and go through ahead of you (absolutely detest this double lane nonsense); and no, this location cannot seem to figure out how to prioritize mobile orders through the drive-thru. What _really_, unreasonably, frustrates me is that the owner keeps sending out rewards that have mere hours to redeem. The screenshots attached to this review are from such a reward email that I received on 2025-03-11 at 08:18 EDT. IT IS ONLY GOOD THROUGH 11:00 EDT WHEN THEY STOP SERVING BREAKFAST. I get that they want to drive traffic, but they need to respect our time more than this. I'm not going to everything to run out and get a free hash brown box. What's the point of participating in this rewards program if the rewards are so time limited as to be useless?
I wish I had a different option close to me than this frustrating place.

There are several employees in the back and only one person up front taking orders, It should never take 20mins to place an order, Also I didn’t know chick fill an employees bring their children to work! Very unprofessional.

Ordered my family’s food and sauces get home (3min down the road) my fries are cold not warm but cold my drink was wrong and did not receive any of the sauces requested all and all a very bad experience seems to be slipping since Mr.kathy died Gus’s I will have to go to find another chicken sandwich place

I was at this location last week and noticed an employee by the name of Mel (what the name tag said) be so rude to another employee and making snarky faces at her. The girl was so upset she began to cry and went to the bathroom. No person should be treated this way.

Was asked to pull my car to the side to wait for a milk shake? Didn't know this had to be cooked, I waited 10 minutes on the side of the street and never got served, had to go remind staff I was never served my shake . This experience was very unlike chic fila who is usually know for their speedy service regardless of the volume of traffic .
We ordered delivery and unfortunately they only gave the driver part of our order. The driver was nice enough to go back to get the rest of the food. When I called to let them know that they forgot part of the food and to tell them the driver was coming back up the lady had an attitude. I understand it's busy but there's no need to be rude when the mistake was made by the restaurant. The driver said they were rude to him as well. I asked for fresh fries and she acted like it was a big deal. I didn't want cold soggy fries. Unfortunately that is what we got.
