I don't know have you run across a bad chick-fil-a? I'm not sure I've been to a Chick-fil-A that I would consider bad. They are professionally run usually staffed with very friendly and helpful people. I would say very rarely do you have issues and hardly ever get your order wrong. Chick-fil-A is just a quality chain of restaurants in my opinion. This one is no different. We were more than happy with our stop at this location.

I was asked to change lanes in drive thru?! Never happened before and there was another car in lane beside me. So I had to cross diagonally. The young lady then waited on the car that was BEHIND me! Now I’m crooked behind another car. I went from being next to third. When I called to ask why I was told to change lanes, the manager just said “Sorry, I just came on shift.” BUT, no explanation why I was asked to change lanes. I expected better of you Chic. #drivethrufail
