I’ve supported this location for many years. The service I received in the drive thru this morning from associate Jack was horrible. I told him about a order that I had previously made (with the receipt ) and he acted like it was a problem to just replace my drink as I was told to do so on my next order. I showed him the receipt, yet he went on to search a book. Once he didn’t see my name in a book, he acted like there was nothing he could do although I had my receipt. Smh. This is ridiculous. I asked for nothing. I PAID for a meal that was made incorrect and asked for a correction. He’s acting like it’s his restaurant or that it’s coming out of his pockets. Then I called in to share my experience with a manger because his behavior just didn’t sit well with me. The manager I spoke to was just as uninterested and nonchalant as he was. No one cares. They don’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction. Take your money to another location. From the lack luster I’ve received this morning, I can’t help but think this must be a reflection of the owner of this location.

Worst customer service. They left off my salad dressing after ordering multiple salads and I guess it’s my fault after I spent $50. I have the most problems from this location. Ridiculous!

DoorDash reassigned my order then canceled somehow. Chick fil a refused to make my order again when I never received my food.

Just received the worst customer service ever at this location the manager on duty is Ray. Paid for a meal I didn’t receive. Express my concerns with Ray he was unable to give a resolution I ended up going to the Chick-fil-A on Highway five which will be my preferred Chick-fil-A moving forward. I will be contacting corporate on my experience today.

This isn’t really a complaint from my end but did one to bring to your attention just for the future . I experienced this for the first time ever at chick -fil- A and this can happen to anyone let me address this ( mistakes happen ) but when I went to finish my drink i opened my cup because I love chewing on the ice after I’m done & as soon as I opened my cup their was a hair inside of it . Once again can happen to anyone but just be more careful when working around food and drinks . Thank you

It’s a drive through Chick-fil-A, they always walk up to the car before the sign to see what is on the menu, yes I know what is on the menu, but my 82 year old mother with dementia wants to see it, chicken sandwiches are about the same at which everyone you go to. Fries are always delicious, and I didn’t know they have chicken soup.

I called one day this weekend. The app was having problems. The chick-fil-A one app. So I called the location to get clarification what was going on. The manager on duty was laughing with her cohorts shift was changing from breakfast to lunch. They were laughing on the phone and they hung up the phone in my face twice. So when I drove up there ask for a manager she tried to act like she did not do it. I told her I had the call recorded and that I remembered her voice Isaiah have called several times to speak to the operator. Mike Moore who does not answer the phone or return calls. But the manager's name is Jessica and Karina. They were so rude and did not address my concern. So as of now I will not be eating here anymore. It even says it on the receipt. If you have a problem call and ask for Mike Moore. I have called six times and still have not spoken to him. This happened on 8/5/22. I received a email but it was not about my concern. It was more or less trying to tell me what happened to the Chick-fil-A one app. I'm not interested in what happened to the app I was interested in. Why would a employee or better yet a manager hang up in a customer's face. The way Karina handled it? You would assume that Mike will take her side and will not even call me to ask me what happened and what's going on. But thank you Chick-fil-A for years of great service. I will now be going to the one on Thornton road

I am gluten intolerant. I hate that Chick-fil-A doesn't have many gluten-free options. In the morning, I modify my order to create my own gluten-free breakfast. Picture included. I had to unload from my car while traveling with pets to take my order back because they put a red flag on a sausage cheese biscuit.
I once had the inside of my thighs but got soup for my son in a paper bag, and it leaked. Our family has always loved Chick-fil-A, but it has been more difficult since knowing about my intolerance to gluten, and then they took away my slaw. Frustrating
