This location is Horrible! Rude employees. Cold & overcooked food. Almost a 30 minute wait to get food curbside, but then Still have to park somewhere and go all the way Inside the mall, 2nd floor to get your food! I will never eat at this location again. And probably a long time before I eat at Any Chick-fil-A again!

I was rushed to place my order! The attendant kept walking as the cars moved. I understand they want to get orders out as fast as possible but this is ridiculous. Needless to say, my order was incorrect (it’s right on the receipt but was bagged wrong). Everyone was nice, but again the focus was on getting orders out fast, not getting the orders correct. ☹️

The inside employees were so rude! But the drive thru is always so nice. Although one day I ordered a gallon of sweet tea and it turned out to be, fruit punch.
My daughter took my card and ordered a large water and a 4 piece chicken tender meal with a lemonade and they told her they don't do large water they would have to charge her full price for the water like a drink but then they have the nerve to write h20 on the cup, at this point we should be able to get any drink I want. Ridiculous first just charge me for the cup not a whole drink .constant customer almost everyday not for long.
