This place is always fast and very efficient with orders. You'll place your order then boom they are calling your name. Customer service is also amazing. Nice and very respectful employees. They have drive up delivery which is always booming. The employees are also fast and very helpful to the people receiving their food. Every customer is treated with pride and respect. I will be returning and this will be a go to for even coffee! Not to mention -Breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Everyone is always smiling and polite with ordering and receiving food. Simple request are taken care of without hesitation. Any of the associates actually don't mind that they helping others go on about their day with their bellies full and smiles from behind the counter. Good job staff! You got my business.
Chick-fil-A is my family’s on the go meal of choice. I was very disappointed at my experience at this Chick-fil-A curbside pickup. The food was not the standard you should expect from Chick-fil-A. The five count kids meal only had four nuggets in the box. My four count strips was only 3 pieces. But it looked more like 2 & a half count. The strips were over cooked and very thin. It felt like I was eating a ruffled potato chip. I was hungry but I had to stop trying to eat them because they were terrible. But I wasn’t as hungry as my daughter. Her 8 piece nuggets never made it into the bag. She ate fries only. I discovered this miles away and I called customer service. I told them about my unacceptable low quality experience. I asked for a follow up call/contact. I’m still waiting. No one was kind enough to reach out. But they sent me a free cookie to redeem in one day. I didn’t see that until 9:40pm. And why stop for that. Shame on you Chick-fil-A at Arbor Place Mall. I will not be returning.

Great experience, they work so hard to get every order right and in the heat of JULY they always have a smile to share.
Ordered curbside since It was most convenient and time friendly. Received my order and my chicken minis were either had old or burnt bread. I had to go inside the mall to the food court to correct this. Ok I can live with that but you correct my order and you don't offer anything to compensate for the lack of quality control. So yes my order was fixed but my time was still wasted and for that I give it 2 stars. BTW Peyton is always great. I appreciate his friendliness. Next time in make a mistake it's good to correct the mistake and offer something even if it's super small to make up for time.

We’ll after multiple attempts to resolve a problem order. I’m here. First Ella was rude. What else can I say. Call to ask about an order and was told nope. And hung up on and no one would answer again then at a different date my wife came to order food with her sister and kids and an associate was rude then the employee taking the order we had a request for a salad and they told him no we cannot make it and shook their head she was very shocked that nobody would assist her with her meal order very rude impolite no customer service was very everybody was very rude from the start the question her when they were missing food from their order. I called back to talk to my manager and they said we don’t give out names to managers we don’t have to I know the owner Jordan Phillips and I’m awaiting a phone call back if they didn’t delete it on the message machine am I love Chick-fil-A but at this point I’d rather go to McDonald’s where they will actually take care you better at this point or go to Highway five where I have no issues sorry but I’m not sorry if you want to contact me cool but what is up with the customer service with this place rude arrogant impolite very condescending upon people thank you

I ordered a frosted strawberry lemonade and it tasted old! They are not keeping up with their food supply because the drink tasted spoiled! I asked for the drink to be remade and add more lemonade to cover the bad taste but it did not help:(
