Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The grilled nuggets were tasteless and felt like rubber. Also given the wrong side with the meal.

Food was as expected but my fries were overly salted. Although, I placed a mobile order, I had a long wait for a simple order. The employees were very sweet though.

Service is horrible! I had placed a mobile order and had my mom pick it up for me. When she pulls up to the window, the worker doesnt even acknowledge her and just stares straight ahead. My mom said “excuse me” multiple times trying to get her attention, and the lady can hear her but acts like she didnt. The worker then turned her back and helped someone else. My mom had to get out the car and get someone else because this worker wanted to be difficult. I genuinely dont even understand the point in doing that. She was helping everyone else but her?? For what??

I’ve been ordering the mobile drive thru and it makes it extremely easy to get through those long lines. It’s very convenient for those who have limited times. At times it they don’t come out immediately but they do come out within 5 minutes to touch bases if they are a little behind. If they have a long line try to give them grace because it can be a lot.

It’s clear that this new chick fil a wasn’t needed as all the surrounding ones have th same problem.
The workers cannot get an order right if their lives depended on it. I got a completely wrong order because the order taker seemed like they were in a rush and the bagger was in a rush he was wearing a blue shirt. They have no customer service and obviously can’t do their job right. I guess they hire random people off the streets who can’t even listen to a single order and read a few orders on a screen and put them in a bag correctly.
Honestly why does Douglasville have 3 chick fil A’s that are within 5 minutes from each other is this really where peoples money is going? To a chick fil a that can’t even get simple orders and customer service right? The county should use the money to fix the roads and the traffic on chapel hill road instead of building another chick fil a. Absolute waste of money 0/5 stars if I could

Waited way too long. Usually chick fil a is really good about getting you in and out quick but not at this location. Ontop of the long wait when I got back to work my order was wrong.. wasn't even what I ordered.
