Why does the beef teriyaki look like something out of a 1960's cookbook?

I only order from h here because they are one of only 2 places in douglasville to make shrimp toast. It was over fried and slightly greasy. I also ordered t h e honey braisebd wings which were too spicy. They give you the whole wing in a take out box packed with. Veggies. Presentation was poor and wings to larrfe to fit in container. I also had the shrimp with chinese veggies. There is nothing I can say about this messy meal. it was terribly overcooked. The food disintegrated in your mouth. No chewing needed. Mushy shrimp and limp veggies. I t was awful. The steamed rice was good. Niot sticky or gummy. I asked f or no carrots and i got more carrots than any other vegetable. This was a 30$ meal and I wasted good money. Cannot order from here again

This has been me and my family’s absolute favorite Chinese restaurant for YEARS (literally like 10+). This was the only Chinese we ever ordered from. The last couple of times we have gotten food from here, it has been HORRIBLE!!! That’s no exaggeration! This place was the only place I/we loved the hot and sour soup, it is absolutely DISGUSTING now! The food is completely flavorless now! Portions have been lessened, which would be ok, if the food was still good!! Me and my family will now be finding another Chinese restaurants to order from. Very disappointing!

My food was brought with bottom of the bag coming apart because the liquid had spilled out and destroyed the bag they took it back and just put it in another bag without looking at it,so teriyaki chicken has never looked like white pieces of chicken with onions and the spring rolls were burned with a little cabbage in it we usually order from here all the time so I was disappointed and when I called to ask she screamed over me so much I couldn't get a word in at all

This was my 1st time dining here. I purchased the family meal (sesame & orange chicken) which was about $60. The chicken was hard as a rock and not edible. After driving all the way home, preparing plates for my family and then not having a meal that could be eaten…I called the restaurant and didn’t ask for a refund, I just wanted them to remake the chicken at another time because I wasn’t able to drive back up there. They said no unless I can bring the chicken back.I don’t live close and shouldn’t have to bring the chicken back in order to have them remake this chicken. Horrible customer service. This is why people go to Chick Fil A instead of local restaurants, customer service and good food is imperative when you want to charge premium prices. I will never dine here again, nor should you. Waste of money..and it’s not quality food. I wish I could post a video instead of a picture so you all can really see and hear how hard this chicken is, smh.
