TERRIBLE!! I have been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience like this, but I probably won’t be back. I placed a pick up order for 11:40 and when I got there, the girl at the window (hispanic with dark hair and glasses) said she couldn’t find my order. I kept showing her the pick up confirmation screen on my phone and where it charged my card, and she just kept saying “I don’t know, I can’t find it” with a disgusted look on her face. This went on for about 5 minutes before I decided to drive off. She had the worst attitude of any employee that I have ever interacted with here and she should not be at the window interacting with customers.

Exact reason why i will always pick Moes experience overall was lacking. gave it a chance because its in walking distance. nothing against the workers just the food was meh. the fact that the topping selection is like 5 things, the fact that they charge for chips and the salsa. Moes has a salsa bar you get to chose for free and their topping choices are far superior. I had a free guac for my birthday me not liking guac asked if i could sub it they said no. overall bad experience but thats what i get for going back expecting better.

I went for the Veteran's Day meal and the cashier didn't ring me up for the special (buy one get one free): she charged me for both. You can't get through to the store and the online chat agent REFUSED to give me my money back. They gave me food credit, I didn't want more food as the guacamole tasted spoiled and the rice was undercooked. Do yourself a favor: take your money elsewhere.

Food was fresh, however, if you get your queso on the side you will pay double for no absolute reason at all. Although you're paying extra, you still don't get chips with it.

Out of corn salsa, was not told until i got to that section. Asked worked if possible to give avocado in place, they day “sorry, no”. Noted… i don’t need the burrito bowl then 8’if I can’t get it fixed the way I would like.

I waited for 8 minutes for my order to be taken while the server wiped down the counter 3 times that was already wiped then move a container 6 inches from where it was originally then walked to the window looked out the window came back and took my order just to tell me they are out of white rice all meat except chicken and all the food looked old and all this at 9:40 when the store closes at 11????

The location was out of the grilled onions when I ordered. I asked how much longer it would be for them. They told me 10 minutes. After 25 minutes I asked if they could tell me when they would be done because I would have left initially if I had known how long it was going to take. The man turned around walked over to the cook, never answered me and kept working. After a total of 30 minutes I left. I never leave reviews but I am almost in tears at how much time I wasted with no apology whatsoever. All he had to do was tell me it was going to be a long time and I would have left, but now you have wasted all together 45 min to an hour of my time. Will not be back.
