My niece had such a great time here. The staff was amazing, especially Joseph and Kevin (management). This location was clean and I can't say enough about the great customer service we received... We will be back

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Chuck E. Cheese! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help, and we love the safety feature with the hand stamps. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and full of energy, making it the perfect spot for kids to run, play, and have fun.
The games were in great condition, and there was something for every age — from my little one enjoying the toddler rides to the older kids challenging themselves at the arcade games. The food came out fresh and delicious (the pizza was a big hit with the whole family), and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and let's not forget about the Dippin' Dots, yummy!!
It’s rare to find such a combination of great entertainment, great food, and outstanding service, but Chuck E. Cheese delivered it all.
We left with happy kids, fun memories, and a promise to come back soon. Highly recommend!

DO NOT go to this chuckee cheese. the machines half work and they take your points to play without giving you your credits back when every game is 1 POINT . staff is very rude and instead of trying to refund me my money and give me my credits thag I pay for every month , they laughed in my face and then proceeded to call the police when they realized they weren’t gonna get the nice side of me . There’s dead roaches in the bathroom , piss all over the floor and staff just don’t do NOTHING but call the police when they want someone removed for wanting their money back . If anybody knows these gentle man as well PLEASE LET ME KNOW .

Paid over $350 for a party. The hostess energy level was -0. The supreme pizzas had raw veggies on top. They weren't even warm. 2 pitchers of drinks for 15 people! Never again!

The place is clean and all the machines always seem to work, however the BATHROOMS are always disgusting and you never see any staff walking around cleaning. To be honest if there is no one in the front line to pay you don’t see the staff they are always in the back. The food always comes out hot, however when you just seen the bathrooms a hot mess it’s hard to eat after that.
Great kid outing. Pizza is actually good. Salad bar fresh. Unfortunately, Pepsi products only. 2 hour pass is great.

Was very disappointed took my 4 year old here for the first time yesterday. It was understaffed. Dirty. Half the games didn't work or were missing basketballs or footballs bc kids would run off w them. The games would take points and not work. Had to wait in line 20 minutes to get a to go box bc they were understaffed. Also biggest thing, each game only gives 1-5 tickets per play. Such a rip off. U have to spend a fortune to even beable to win your kids any prizes. Overall terrible experience. Was going to have her 5th bday there but I think we will be doing something else.
