Trampoline jump zone, there are rules and policies right. I guess they only apply to certain people.
My child was jumping on trampoline, and I was standing on the platform watching her jump because you’re supposed to supervise your children jump.
An employee came over and said That parents cannot stand inside the jump zone. OKAY!!!
Rules are rules

However, kids over 56 inches are not allowed to jump and there were a few kids in the JUMPZONE that were over 56 inches.

then another parent walked in the jump zone with there child to watch them jump. I made intentional eye contact and waited. He did not say anything to that parent at all.

No where on the rule/policy board does it say parents can’t stand on the platform to watch your children.

If we are going to enforce the rules that Apply
That means every person and every parent are held accountable to uphold the rules and policies, not certain people.

Went early on a Saturday. No crowd, games are limited, and slightly confusing to play. All games say they take 1 credit but then when you try to play some make you swipe multiple times. Other than that it was okay.

First off I would like to thank the woman who is assistant manager she was a great help and very empathetic as well as one of the other employees. Not sure what his name was but he has glasses very soft spoken and monitors the trampoline. I would like to thank both of them . As far as the other manager with the barrel twist / locs/ or whatever ? I believe his name was Kevin and he should never work in an establishment for kids . He is very rude , made my kids cry (with a smile I might add) and totally dismissive. We are also not the first family he has done this with today and he definitely needs to be checked . Most definitely will be reporting him to corporate. As far as the 2 mentioned above they deserve a reward for such kindness and understanding

Place is decent. Sometimes a few games aren’t working or the restrooms need tidying. But one thing it’s very hard to figure out pricing online. Only thing mentioned is fun pass deals and the weekly coupons offered but absolutely nothing about regular daily prices.

The service was very slow, and we waited almost 2 hours before Chuck came out. The drink machine was half working and they kept running out of ice.

Recently, my brother had his 8th birthday party at this establishment. He is on the spectrum and so are most of his friends.

Overall, if I could give them 0 stars, I would because they are rude and unorganized, their food is nasty and they have too many unnecessary fees for people who are already paying almost $300 just to sit at a table because they didn’t provide the cake, balloons, or anything that they were supposed to provide for the party package!

First problem: The food was cold and nasty. We order 3 pizzas, boneless wings, and fries. The pizza gave my dad and I the runs, as well as two other guests( we are all not lactose intolerant), the boneless wings were dry and tasted old, and the fries had good seasoning but were cold upon arrival as if they were sitting out.

Second Problem: The staff lacked warmth and made scrunched up faces towards the my brother and his other friends who are all, again, on the spectrum. Fifteen minutes before our party even ended, we were rushed from the table. The staff threw away our cake carrier box, knowing the we had a 12 by 9 cake out in the middle of the table and moved our belongings while we were taking group photos.

Third Problem: The people who booked the party should be able to choose when Chucky comes out to sing Happy Birthday. Chucky came out randomly, without any real allocated time so all the party guests were all scattered across the facility and my brother was in the bathroom so he didn’t even get to be there for it!

Fourth Problem: Why are we paying $2.59 for one extra paper cup? All birthday packages should come with at least 6 extra cups for parents and siblings, not just the plastic Chuck e Cheese ones. Everybody was thirsty and we ended up spending like $20 extra dollars to get cups.

It sucks.

Terrible !!!! The person we had rushed us to get out of the b day party area 10 mins before our time was even up. My child’s party was for two hours that’s what I paid for yet we were rushed when it was 10 mins prior to our end time to pack up and leave . My son is autistic so this was highly offensive . The manager came out asking was very thing good for no reason during the actual party she didn’t do that with anyone else’s party . Just because kids have disabilities doesn’t mean you should treat them different. I will be calling corporate!
