After Thought
Was attending a birthday party for my granddaughter over the weekend , it took forever to get a pizza my son ordered ! There were people fighting coming in and out fighting and it just continued . Went to the manager they said they had it under control.. When stuff started to get thrown we called the police and they said we were the only caller on it. When it comes to kids, you have to put their safety above all else . We did get a discount and was appreciative of that ! Not sure I will go back !

Awful awful awful. Made my son’s 3rd birthday experience absolutely horrible. Had 5 birthdays going at once and when it was time for my sons name to be announced the guy on the tv started speaking and NO ONE heard it. Every other kid was announced though. The mascot was super unenthusiastic. Not magical at all. And it was th most unorganized facility i’ve ever seen. Will NEVER have another birthday party here or attend one at ANY chuck e. cheese.

The best time to go is when they first open up. This is my spot with my grandson. He loves going to Chuck E Cheese. If you go when they first open up, you have the whole place pretty much to yourself for at least 45 minutes before others start coming in. Your child will enjoy that time with you going from game to game without anybody in the way.

The worst experience ever for a birthday party they did not check on the birthday party and they miss some of the food. There were several guests that order for their party. They did not get their food and had to get refunds. Then they rushed us from the table after they never came and checked on us never again,Will we have a birthday party here at this location.

Super disappointed in the downfall of this location. The past two times I have went numerous games have been out of order and the employees spend most of their times on their phones instead of taking care of guests. It took 15 minutes to get through the line even though there was only three people ahead of me. I attempted to sign on for a monthly promotion and was unable to due to the portal being down, which I think is crazy considering they have it advertised everywhere in the building. The attendant also tried to short me all my prizes for my tickets. He told me twice I was out of tickets after picking a prize but luckily I did the math in my head and I was able to tell him he was wrong. Things like this should not be happening, every picture taking machine was down in the building due to no ink or no paper. I will not be back to this location, so unprofessional and such a waste of money.
