It was great for the my little boys went on a Monday afternoon and it was not crowded at all, pizza was good and employees helped me out when a game stole some points .

Dontavious(Manager) and the staff at the Douglasville location were awesome and made our experience so much fun while celebrating our baby 6th Birthday!! THANK YOU!!
Kids love it. Ridiculously over priced games. The toys up top probably cost a weeks pay to win. Not a fan.

Play cards wouldn't work, pizza was decent, very crowded. Had an issue, but talked with management and they addressed it and resolved it quickly.

Food was surprisingly good. The pizza hit, and the wings smelled great. Games were fun for the kids but maybe lacking some ratio/balance.Both photo machines were out of order, some issues with a couple of others. It was a weekend and a couple of parties going on. But kids loved the mouse guy - none of the kids punched him, even once. So that's good.As a human parent, it was wildly overwhelming. So much screaming and kids, and lights, and the giant projector thing on the wall for the large birthday event - I was not a part of.But the kids had a lot of fun, and the staff was great. Felt bad for the one kid behind the ticket counter tryna deal with every type of person. Long long line of people waiting to redeem tickets. The older kids/cool uncles redeeming 999,736,2862 e-tickets for various luxuries. I was the dad with 3 girls all trying to spend their 200-380 points each on various stickers and knick knacks. I did my best to make all the indecision as fast and easy as I could. All and all, it's not something I'd look forward to again personally. But you know, large, noisy, crowded events with strangers in a relatively small building is not my go-to.But indoor play places and kid friendly arcades are very valuable places to parents. And the people running it seemed great. Just wish it could be all of those things and less noisy, lolol.
My grandsons love the place, I don't like a lot of the machines wasn't working...Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Party of 8. 4 children. Initial impression walking in: it looks and smells clean. My kids had the same experience with games you expect at a chuckee cheese. Although our family visiting from out of state said it seemed like there were less games than they were used to seeing in other chuckee cheeses and I agree it seemed like they had less than we typically experience but it wasn't a huge deal. The problems were all around the very expensive food. We always get food when we go to any chuckee cheese location. We NEVER have problems. At this location our pizza was a touch shy of being fully cooked. We paid for a family upgrade but it didn't really appear much bigger if at all than a regular large pizza. The app sampler was the biggest problem. A tiny cheesy bread. Soggy under cooked fries. And 3 pieces of small chicken nuggets (boneless wings) and 1 crusty breading chunk that had no chicken in it. Not only were there only 3 actual pieces of (surprisingly small) chicken but we were told there would be at least 5-6. Then a member of our party who wanted wings asked about the $17 wings on the menu and was told there's only 5-6 wings in an order. We were BAFFLED. We came to this location because 2 kids had birthdays and it was part of their celebration. This location was close so we gave it a try.Over all I would NOT recommend this location if youre lookingnto eat. ONLY if the kids are playing games. If you want to do food at all definitely try a different location or go somewhere else altogether. It was a huge waste of money and a few people left feeling sick after eating too.Pictured is the sampler tray as we recieved it.
Most of the arcade games were not working. I wouldn't recommend going on a Saturday night due to the fact of being too many people

Food took about 35 mins, we got wings, pizza and fries. Pizza tasted better than it did 10 years ago and there's more options. Wings taste baked so be mindful if thats not your thing. The place was pretty clean and it wasn't too busy for a Saturday, likely because it was Christmas weekend. Overall, no concerns, would bring my child to this location again.

It was my grandson's Birthday ? prices went up $15 . A lot of games didn't work . $30 one hour . The kids enjoyed it . Prices weren't good for a party. Either get in with no pizza or have pizza and no games . What pisses me off most . I had to call my daughter to bring me toilet paper.. I wasn't about to run to another stall to find it more empty. What was only the best was the customer service. They was awesome . What made my party great was dancing with chuck E cheese mouse .Parking: PlentyKid-friendliness: Customer service
