The lady’s there are super disrespectful i was so surprised and they were rude to my daughter as well when she tried to redeem her reward they were horrible to us they should get new employees like it’s not my fault you 50 and working at cinnabon get a real job….

The woman working Friday 12 noon should have some re-training in customer service. Its not busy and when I asked where the restroom was (Nearest was closed) she waved me away and said nothing. No way i will go back and eat food that she touched.

This place inside Arbor Place has really gone downhill. It feels like two businesses in one, and no one knows where the line starts.

This location inside arbor place has went down tremendously. It looks like it’s two businesses in one. Everybody standing around because no one knows where the line starts. The glass is wide open and I’m seeing flies in and out of the glass landing on the cinnabon. They barely acknowledge you and the list goes on. She was boxing my cinnabon up and I declined and walked away. I’m not spending a dime anywhere where you don’t greet me and there are flies just flying around landing on the Cinnabons. I’m good. Do better Cinnabon.

If I could rate this Cinnabon location less than 1 star then I would.I’ve always loved Cinnabon until the current owners took over in the location inside Arbor Place Mall.I bought a Cinnabon from that location & cut into it & to my surprise, I saw a long, curly, thick hair baked into the dough!!!!I was disgusted to say the least & I can say that I will NEVER desire a Cinnabon again!!! That was enough to ruin my desire for it from here on out.I DO NOT recommend that location to anyone.Corporate needs to shut them down!!!!

Went here for one item. She asked if I wanted anything I told her no that was everything. She proceeds to take the cinnamon roll out the warmer and adds things to it. I corrected her on my order and she threw the incorrect one back in the warmer and started raising her voice at me because there was a language barrier. I did not appreciate that at all. I won’t be back to visit

Whenever I come here, it’s a hit or miss but last time I came I tried to use a coupon from my account. It clearly said to scan it as it had a QR code but the lady refused to, firstly stating that there is no coupon on my account, then wrongly stating I had to have $10 worth of items. After explaining and showing the details of the coupon, she stood on insisting that her system shows the coupon wrong and it must be at least $10 worth of items and no one can fix the problem. All she had to simply do was scan the QR code as the only way to redeem it was by scanning it. Y’all gotta teach the employees the different ways of applying the account coupons. In the end, I just walked away without even getting anything just because of the interaction.
These Cinnabons are always old and stale! No wants to eat warmed up cinnamon rolls all the time! This is the 2nd time I tried with them! I WONT ANYMORE- i wonder if the CEO knows what's going
