Came in on 08/05, Tuesday, customer service wasn’t as friendly, but we tried again today 08/07/25, Thursday at 9ish and the staff was marvelous! we were welcomed by a young lady with blue hair, so kind and we ordered with a beautiful purple and pink hair who made our ice cream, she was so nice!! and then checked out with a straight dark hair guy, he was so kind. 10/10 customer service and we bought four ice creams for like 20 bucks!! the three of them were amazing and funny!

Don't see the POINT of placing an order in advance online, and still not being ready to go when you arrive. No other customers there. Last visit for sure

Asked for one of the signature I teams on the board and they said they don’t make those? The cookie doughnt you want some. My mother in law ran in for me and she gave her a cake batter Ice cream and said that’s what they get when that’s ordered and they don’t add the other toppings???? Terrible location.

It’s ice cream you can’t say anything bad about ice cream

If I could give a zero star, I would. I got to the store by 9:07pm, knowing the website says they closed by 10pm. There were still a lot of people in there being attended to, and the door was still open, just for me to be told that they had closed and just brushed me off so rudely and you still had about 5 people in line. I drove 30 minutes to get there. It was a very bad experience and bad customer service.

Ice cream was delicious but the cashier needs a little more training!

We usually LOVE Cold Stone creamery …unfortunately tonight it just didn’t hit. we came in at 7:38 and got three ice creams. The worker making my husband‘s ice cream was extremely generous. She put two different kinds of ice cream, extra syrup extra toppings ice cream was practically overflowing out of the container. also she was so nice. The person making my ice cream didn’t say a word to me. She actually scooped the ice cream and then took a quarter of it back to the tub because I guess she decided that was too much. Keep in mind I ordered a gotta have it size which is a large and also the most expensive. When she added my topping, she was exra skimpy , and she also gave me about a dime size amount of whipped cream. Unfortunately, this offended me. And it made me feel like maybe she thought I shouldn’t have the size that I had ordered. She was just over all not a pleasant person to deal with or to be making my ice cream. I know it’s not that deep, but if I felt the need to write this review, there’s obviously a problem… I wish I would’ve looked at her name because I definitely would’ve mentioned it here. All I gotta say is choose the sweet short African American girl. Not the skinny Latino/caucasion chick. I feel like they’re just not consistent…

Abbey helped me and she was very nice. She was patient and let me sample a few flavors before making my selection.

So many different options to choose from! The ice cream and smoothies are so SMOOTH and CREAMY. Additionally, the workers there are always putting you first. One coworker that stood out to me is MS. JESSICA. She humors you and walks you through the whole process so that you’re not left out if you’re a first-timer. The store managers are also so beautiful and kind-hearted. Everyone is so respectful and CLEAN. 10/10 experience.

Dietary restrictions: They have diary-free chocolate ice cream, and can make almond milk based smoothies for you! They also have sugar free options called “Vanilla Lite”

Customer service was extremely well from jesus.

I went into the store this evening and a young man named Jesus, was very kind, very helpful in assisting me fight a craving which was all over the place. He provided insight on the flavors, and some of the commonly attractive flavors blended. I appreciate is customer service and patient. Thanks Jesus! Keep up the amazing attitude!
