1st I want to say I just had the most wonderful experience at this CB store the service was great but the manager ( B. Hasehart) I hope I spelled that correctly he was everything he made my experience so great that I know I will be coming back soon very kind great customer service we need more of his personality in this world! Really he made my experience go from great to wonderful to wonderful to even better 🙏🏽 thank you Mr.Brain I will be back

My wife and us had a great dinner last night, last minute at Cracker Barrel....Our server "Candice" was exceptional!!!👍

Our server was sweet but I'm 90% sure she forgot to put in our order as other tables sat after us received their food first. We waited an hour and a half for food and recieved our appetizers at the same time as our food and some of the food wasn't even hot. Definitely wasn't what I expected for dinner.

This place is one of my faves to shop for Christmas decorations to cuddly hats and gloves sets. This location the staff was extra helpful in the store area and our waitress Kayla was outstanding! I gave 4 stars because the chicken and dumplings were dry and pasty, but other than that we enjoyed our visit!

My pancakes were overcooked. The manager tried to re-cook them. I did not appreciate her level of customer service and she did not understand why I wanted to return the pancakes. I prefer that they are fluffy.

Today, my wife tried the Fried Turkey meal. It was flavorful and filling. I had the Country Fried Steak and Pancakes. I have never had a bad meal here and look forward to our next visit.

Used to not be big on Cracker Barrell as a whole having OK at best experiences at other locations. We have come to this location a few times and not have a bad experience. Wait staff is nice, food comes out fresh and hot, very clean and inviting environment. Now I look forward when someone suggest Cracker Barrell
Parking: Little weird as the first access point is a share with the buffet. If you take the first exit just make a left and will bring to CB parking lot

I'm from out of town and I ordered a curbside lunch order today. WOW! When I say the food was hot, delicious, and right on time! My lunch was SOOOOO yummy, and the service was spectacular too! Thank you so much!
