I ordered November 13 from the Dairy Queen app and my order was canceled because the store was close when the delivery driver arrived fast forward to getting a refund I was told to reach out to the store so I called the store and talk to the manager and he was so nasty with his attitude and professionalism was terrible he also only refunded me partially of the payment remind you I go this establishment at least once a week since it right across from my job I will never spend a penny here again after the experience of a nasty manager

I ordered from the Dairy Queen app and was told my order was cancelled I contacted door dash and was told since I ordered off the Dairy Queen app I should receive a full refund from this establishment I called for four days and was told today I was only able to get the refund for the ice cream not the full delivery price which is unprofessional and very selfish of the owner and I will never do business at this location the man manger has a very nasty attitude and only partially paid me

My family of four visited this location last night at 9pm. This location closes at 10pm but you would think it was 8:55pm. When we arrived the woman behind the counter was less than thrilled to assist us. As soon as we walked in the door she asked an associate that was taking the trash out of the trash bins what time they close. During our visit this cashier rolled her eyes 3 times while we were ordering basic menu items. Additionally, she was wearing sweat pants. We will not be coming back to this location due to its rude employees.

On my visit at Dairy Queen, I had a great experience. I ordered the chicken strip basket, and it was hot, crispy, and tasty. The fries were fresh, and the toast was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and my food came out quickly. For dessert, I got an Oreo Blizzard, and it was delicious—thick, creamy, and packed with cookies. They even did the fun upside-down flip! The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, Dairy Queen was a great spot for a quick bite and a sweet treat.

Got a blizzard today. Young thugs working. They totally forgot to add 1 topping to it. Ordered extra toppings and was charged for it and yet they barely added any. Go during the day when adults are working. But when the young thugs are working your not going to get any sort of quality food.

I ordered a strawberry sundae with wet walnuts ... Very little to no nuts and more strawberry syrup than anything. This location is the worst with Treats. The nuts are Extra and I definitely did not get what I paid for.
