I come to this place all the time and normally have a decent experience for the most part. I went in today and got some ice cream and had a hair on the chocolate. There I am with a whole hair in my mouth from licking the chocolate, didn’t even bite into it and immediately turned around to get another one. And the guy at the counter instead of apologizing and actually trying to see anything immediately goes to I don’t see anything. Like I said immediately goes to I don’t see a hair, like I would have came back just because I want to waste my time. What a joke.

Dairy Queen was clean and the cashiers were very nice. It had a large selection of ice cream cakes in their freezer. However, the $30 cake we bought was labeled cookie dough, and it was not cookie dough!

This is any amazing place we come here a lot love the food and experience is excellent definitely recommend.
I got a shrimp box when normally I get the chicken strips. I started to peel the breading off because it was more breading than shrimp with each bite. I noticed very quickly that they hadn't been deveined. After seeing 4 of them weren't clean, I just threw the rest away. DQ come on now? It's not the stores fault. They receiv boxes of frozen shrimp. Pre breaded. This is a problem. This can make someone sick. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating the shrimp here. 🤢🤢🤢
