I got the Honey barbecue chicken strips they were delicious so I returned and brought them again and they still didn't disappoint

The one stop I must make when I come to town.

This location closes 30 minutes early on a Saturday night. Everything else in the food court is open ! kinda crazy that the owners of these shops in the mall complain about less traffic and sales, and they still close early the Saturday before Christmas Dec 21st 2024 while all these customers want to get blizzards. Oh well at least the four employees behind the counter can get an early start cleaning lol

Not only did they not have orange on Saturday, they rarely have it al all. I got a strawberry and it was delicious! The sweet person who took my order was very apologetic. There was another man who left disappointed.

Went to the location at the mall at 7:30pm to get an Orange Julius, the mall closes at 8:00pm. Two people working let me stand at their counter for about 30 seconds as both employees were looking at the floor and then the girl looked up liked she was surprised and informed me that they were closed. Worst Dairy Queen ever, they have been there for a long time and I think it's about time they go out of business.

Just tried to get some ice cream at 5:32p but they said they closed and not taking any more customers.. why 6p is your closing time then..

As long as I’ve been coming to Arbor place, I have never been so upset at a place than I was today! I ordered a mini blizzard and there was no problem, the girls was sweet but the older lady as a manager was the most ugliest, rudest person I’ve encountered! She rudely asked me to move and I’m the only person in line, then proceeds to say if someone comes I will have to move. No duh! But that’s not it, before I could get my ice cream she gave me all of that attitude, she didn’t want to tell me her name, so I immediately asked for a refund and I was denied! I no longer wanted to support such an ugly individual nor the business. She refused. I tossed the ice cream in the trash because it wasn’t even worth it. I am disappointed that she’s someone who works with teenagers all day and is this rude. Poor girls that has to work for her!

Just left here not more than 30mins ago. My family and I all ordered blizzards. The milk in the blizzards were spoiled and tasted funny. We end up throwing our blizzards away. $25 gone down the drain. Also the young guy forgot one of the blizzards and I had to remind him that it was another. Due to the spoil milk my family and I are all experiencing stomach aches. I am grossed out and discussed. Same on you all for serving expired milk in a diary store. No morals at all!

The employees who served me my ice cream were super nice and sweet. They made sure my family and I were taken care of, had everything we needed, and were very fast as well. I will definitely be coming back!

A middle aged women named Ellen was very rude. She spit in my blizzard and yelled at me to leave. The disrespect amazes me. I don't know how she's still working there. Never coming back.

As far as fast food go, this location gets five stars for getting my order right the first time.

After a Philly Cheese Steak, we headed to the DQ for a simple Plain Cone with the smallest size being just the right size and at $2.34, great value.
